高功率因数高低压钠灯电子镇流器的研制

【摘要】 随着社会的进步、经济的发展和能源的紧张,人们日益需要能够节约能源、成本低廉、改善照明环境的高功率因数电子镇流器,同时将最新的电力电子技术广泛的应用到电气照明中去。因此研制绿色、高效、长寿命、光色好的高低压钠灯高功率因数电子镇流器已成为社会进步的标志。在高强度气体放电灯光源中,高压钠灯的光效是最高的,而且其还有寿命长、光色好、光穿透性强等优点,是第三代灯光源的杰出代表。而低压钠灯在目前所有气体放电灯光源中,以其光效最高、寿命长而日益得到人们的青睐。本文在分析高低压钠灯的原理和特性的基础上,设计并研制了相匹配的高功率电子镇流器,提出了新型的抑制声共振的方法及新型的启动结构,并对电子镇流器涉及的技术做了较为详细的理论分析,并对今后研究发展的方向作出了总结和展望。本文主要的研究内容如下: 1.分析并比较了高低压钠灯电子镇流器的各种拓扑结构和控制方法以及其性能和特点。 2.研究了高压钠灯声共振的产生机理,也通过对消除高压钠灯声共振的诸多方法的分析和比较,设计并实现了一种新型的消除声共振的电路。 3.针对高低压钠灯的不同特征,设计了两种不同的启动电路,并对其各自的原理进行详尽的论述,并且高压钠灯的启动电路有所创新。 4.详细论述了有源功率因数原理,并以400W高压钠灯为设计对象,进行了详细的参数计算。 5.针对高低压钠灯的电子镇流器结构的不同,引入了不同的保护电路,其中有过压、过热、过流、异常和短路等保护措施。 6 研制了商品化的高低压钠灯电子镇流器,优化了工艺布局,同时解决了电子镇流器的发热及散热问题。
【Abstract】 With the development of society, ecnomic expand and energy tensity, the people increasingly need high power factor electronic ballast which can save energy, decrease cost and improve lighting condition, at the same time electric lighting needs the new power electric technology.So it will become symbol of society progress to develop HPS/LPS high power factor electronic ballast with the characteristics of greenness, high luminous efficiency, long life, good colour rendering and so on. High Pressure Sodium (HPS) has the hightest luminous efficiency among high intensity lighting sources, and also has long life good colour and strong ray penetrability ,etc. It has been the preeminence representative in the third generation lighting source. And that Low Pressure Sodium (LPS) has the hightest luminous efficiency and long life among the lighting sources, so it was happily accepted by more and more people. The HPS/LPS theory and characteris was amylased, the suited high power factor electronic ballast was developed, a new way to restrain sound resonance and new igniting structure was put forword. Detailed academic analyse for the involved technology of electronic ballast, sum up and prospect of the research direction in the future was given in the paper, primary research contents about electronic ballast are as follows:1. Some analysis and comparisons between different topology structures of HPS electronic ballast and LPS electronic ballast, and capabilities and specialties,2. To some studies on the sound resonance mechanism of HPS, Putting forward one new scheme to avoid sound resonance of HPS through comparing.3. Putting forward two different ignite circuit aimed at different traits of the HPS/LPS, and giving detailed discuss for each theory. Novel HPS in ignite circuit.4. Detailed illustration for the theory of Active power factor correction circuitry and parameter account aimed at 400W HPS.5. Some diffent necessary protective measures such as over voltage, over heat, over current, open filament and short circuit etc for HPS and LPS.6. developing commercial HPS/LPS electronic ballast, and optimizing technics and layout, solving heat and scatter heat.
