【摘要】 县域经济是国民经济的重要基础和支撑力量,是介于宏观经济与微观经济间的中观经济,并带有行政区划性质的区域经济。县域经济的发展和壮大不仅关系到国民经济的健康快速发展,而且关系到社会安定、政治稳定,关系到我国“三农”问题的解决、全面建设小康社会的实践以及城乡统筹目标的实现,而提升县域经济竞争力是发展和壮大县域经济的主要手段和途径。本文通过构建一套县域经济竞争力的测评指标体系,对安徽县域经济竞争力进行实际测评,准确考察安徽县域经济竞争力的实际水平,同时通过纵向、横向比较,得出安徽县域经济竞争力的突出特征以及与发达地区的实际差距,并就提升安徽县域经济竞争力的指导思想、提升思路与路径等方面进行了阐述,进而对安徽不同类别的县域经济发展提出了具体的对策措施,以期为提升安徽县域经济竞争力及至安徽县域经济的发展和壮大提供科学的理论和实践依据,这也对国内其他类似区域具有一定的借鉴和参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The county economy between macro-economy and micro-economy with the quality of administrational divisions is an important foundation and support of the national economy. The development of county economy is essential for not only the healthy and rapid development of the national economy, but also the social and political stability, the settlement of the issues concerning " the practical agriculture, countryside and farmers" , the fulfillment of developing the well-off society and the overall urban and rural. Besides, to raise the competitiveness of county economy is the primary means to develop the county economy. This thesis analyses the county economy competitiveness in Anhui province based on the evaluation index system. Besides, it probes into the special characteristics and the real gap with the developed areas, and explains the guidance and means. By this, this thesis puts forward some countermeasures in detail in order to enhance the county economy competitiveness and development in Anhui province, which is for our reference to deal with the similar problems in other areas.更多还原
