汽车双前桥转向系与动力传动系的优化设计及相似性研究

【摘要】 本文首先论述了国内外对汽车双前桥转向系统和动力传动系统研究的发展状况,在总结前人研究设计经验的基础上推导出汽车双前桥转向系统运动学关系,运用空间几何法建立了双前桥双摇臂机构及转向梯形机构优化的数学模型,以转向轮实际转角值与理想公式求出的理想转角值之间的误差达到最小为目标函数,提出了双前桥转向系统参数的优化设计方法。同时总结出衡量汽车动力性和经济性的评价指标,建立汽车动力传动系参数优化模型,采用动力性经济性综合优化函数作为目标函数,以动力性能作为优化设计的约束条件,提出了动力传动系参数的设计方法。 其次,基于理论性分析及优化数学模型的建立,采用MATLAB软件优化工具箱对汽车双前桥转向系统参数和动力传动系参数进行优化设计,并取得了明显效果,为汽车优化设计提供了较为合理的优化设计方案。 最后,利用相似工程学理论,建立了汽车转向系和动力传动系的相似分析模型,从系统相似的角度为汽车转向系改型设计和动力传动系优化匹配提供了一种新思路。

【Abstract】 Firstly, this paper discusses the development actuality of the research on double-front axle steering system and power-train of automobile. Based on the structure of the design experiences from others, the kinematics formula of double-front axle steering system is fetched, and the mathematical model of optimization design of double rocking arms mechanism and steering trapezium mechanism is established by space geometry method. Considering the difference between the real steering angle from wheels and the ideal steering angle from the ideal formula as the objective function, the optimization design method of double-front axle steering system is presented. Then according to summarizing the value indexes of the power performance and the economy performance, the optimization mathematical model of the parameters of power-train is established. The power and economy performance comprehensive function is selected as the objective function and the power performance as the constrain equation in the paper, and the optimization design method of the parameters of power-train is presented.Secondly, based on the theory analysis and the establishment of the mathematical model of optimization design, uses the Optimization Toolbox in MATLAB software to optimize the parameters of double-front axle steering system and power-train with some prominent results. This provides a reasonable project for the optimization design of automobile.Finally, the paper builds the similarity analysis model taking use of the similarity theory and provides a new train of thought of the remodeling design of steering system and optimization matching of power-train from the point of view of the similarity of system.
