供水泵房优化运行设计及其程序的编制

【摘要】 供水泵房优化运行系统是一个非常复杂的系统,从系统建模到设计计算,涉及的因素很多,任何一部分的改进和完善都有利于整体优化效果的提高。本文分三部分内容分别论述了供水泵房优化运行的基本原理、考虑管网工况的供水泵房优化运行设计及变频调速供水泵房的设备与控制原理。 在供水泵房优化运行设计中,本课题以供水泵房优化运行基本原理及供水泵房变速运行的节能原理为依据,编制了一套完整的计算程序,能够根据具体的管网用水工况准确得出和它相匹配的泵房优化运行工况;并通过计算机控制器将方案指令传到泵房中去执行,实现供水泵房优化经济运行。此外,为了更好的实现节能,本文还通过推导分析得出一套适用于供水泵房优化运行设计的选泵控制条件。 在本课题的完成过程中,充分利用了Visual FORTRAN的计算功能,实现了供水泵房优化运行设计及其程序的编制。

【Abstract】 The optimal operation system of the water supply pump station is an extremely complex system, It deals with lots of factors from system modeling to the design calculation, The total effect will be better if amelioration is imposed on each part of these processes. The article includes three parts, which are the basic principle of the water supply pump station’ s optimal operation, the optimal design of the water supply pump station’ s operation considering the state of the network and equipments and the control principle of the supply pump station varying speed frequency.In the process of the optimal design of the water supply pump station’ s operation, A complete calculation procedure based on the basic principle of the water supply pump station’ s optimal operation and the energy saving principle of the water supply pump station’ s variable speed operation can achieve a corresponding state of the pump station according to the state of the network accurately, which is transferred to the pump station through the computer controller, and the optimization is carried out. In addition, to save energy better, this article also proposes a set of control conditions which is suited to the optimal design of the water supply pump station’ s operation to select pump.The paper makes full use of the strong computation ability of Visual FORTRAN, It reaches the goal of the design of the water supply pump station’ s optimal operation and the procedure compiled.
