CIMS环境下制造业质量管理信息系统研究

【摘要】 质量信息技术飞速发展,现代质量管理面临巨大挑战,对质量信息的掌握程度及反应速度决定了企业的生存能力,质量管理信息系统的重要性已不言而喻。本文立足理论前沿又兼顾制造业实际,研究并设计了面向制造业应用的CIMS环境下的质量管理信息系统,并对系统的实施进行了探讨。 本文首先阐述了计算机集成制造系统和制造业质量管理信息系统的理论和技术基础,涵盖了质量管理、计算机集成制造和计算机辅助制造系统等先进理论和方法;接着对整个系统进行了初步分析,在此基础上对系统进行了总体结构的设计,详细的阐述了系统的功能结构和系统的软硬件体系结构,并且探讨了系统的数据库设计和输入输出设计;最后以汽车制造业的一个环节为例讨论了系统的运行和实施,包括系统的登陆、质量信息的输入、报表的打印输出等,并对系统的维护和评价进行了探讨。 本文对企业质量信息系统的理论、技术和实施方案进行了较为全面的研究,对于我国企业实现质量管理信息化、增强综合竞争力有较高的科学价值和实践价值,并有着广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 With the development of the quality information technology, modern quality management is in face of great challenge. The viability of an enterprise is determined by the level of the mastery of quality information and response speed, so the importance of quality management information system goes without saying. Based on advanced theory and the fact of enterprise, a kind of Quality Information System (QIS) in the environment of CIMS was studied and designed in this paper, and the implementation of the system was discussed. .Firstly, the basic theory and technology of computer integrated manufacturing system and manufacturing quality information management system were expatiated, including the advanced theory of Quality Management, Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Computer aided system etc;Then the primary analysis of the whole system was carried out. Based on it, the total structure design of the system was fully discussed, the function frame of the system and the software & hardware frame were especially focused on which is adapt to the fact of the enterprise, the design of the database and I/O were discussed too. Last but not least, the implement technique was discussed, which was according to the requirement of the enterprise mainly including system landing, input of quality information, etc.The theory, technology and implementation of enterprise information system have been researched all around in this paper. It has profound science and practice value as well as comprehensive application foreground for the enterprises to actualize the informationization of quality management.
