织物舒适性的评判与预测

【摘要】 服用织物的舒适性能逐渐引起消费者和生产者的关注,因为随着生活水平的提高,人们对服用织物的要求不仅仅局限在遮体、保暖等基本需求上,舒适性能已成为人们选择纺织品的一个重要因素。本文采用主观舒适性和客观舒适性相结合的方法,评判和预测服用织物的舒适性。通过考察前人对织物舒适性的研究,鉴于对织物舒适性综合评判和预测方面还没有较为完善的系统,本文建立了织物舒适性综合评判系统和织物舒适性预测系统相结合的完整体系。该评判系统从人的主观舒适感觉出发,推导和优选出体现人体主观舒适性的织物客观舒适性性能指标,建立了新的指标体系,同时确定了织物客观舒适性的内容与分类。通过对性能指标的分析,采用模糊数学中模糊综合评判的方法建立织物舒适性的综合评判模型。该模型主要应用于对成品的舒适性的评判;舒适性预测系统基于评判系统中所确定的织物客观舒适性能,采用倒推的方法,从织物的客观舒适性能逐级推导出对织物舒适性能的影响因素,最后确定预测指标,即以最基本的纤维性能、纱线性能及织物结构参数预测未来织物的舒适性能。本文以具体实例对预测系统进行了说明。根据选定的原料性能及生产方案,确定预测指标的数值,然后采用灰色理论中灰色关联的分析方法建立服用织物舒适性能的预测模型。对几种已知生产方案进行优选比较,根据对舒适性能的对比预测,确定出最优生产方案。该预测系统主要应用于产品生产之前对产品舒适性的预测。评判系统和预测系统组成了完整的体系,为服用织物舒适性的研究提供了一定的手段。

【Abstract】 Comfort of fabric is paid more attention by producers and consumers now, because it is not just for coving the body and protecting the temperature. Comfort of fabric has become an important factor for people to choose their clothing. The article combines subject with object to evaluate and forecast the comfort of fabric. By studying the former study, In view of there are no perfect system to evaluate and forecast the comfort of fabric, the article set up a perfect system which combine evaluate system with forecast system of comfort fabric. The evaluate system first form the people’s sense of comfortable, then examine and choose the object factors which can embody the people’s sense. We use the factors set up the evaluated model by fuzzy comprehensive evaluate in fuzzy mathematics. The article is mainly used to evaluate the comfort of the end-product. Forecast system backbone the object comfortable property which is defined in the evaluated system, adopt the method of reverse deduce, define the effect factors. From fiber’s property, yarn’s property and fabric’s structure, we can forecast the comfort of the end-product. According to the material and the product scheme, define the value of the forecast factors, then use gray correlation to set up the forecast model, compare the several produce schemes, choose the best one. The model is mainly used for forecast the comfort of fabric before it is made into end-product. The evaluated system and the forecast system form a total system, it give a perfect evaluate of the comfort of clothing.
