羊绒纱线强力影响因素的分析探讨

【摘要】 山羊绒是世界上最珍贵的动物纤维,被世界公认为“软黄金”,其制品柔软、光滑,穿着舒适、保暖,视觉高雅、华贵,手感滑糯、细腻,光泽柔和、亮丽。由于羊绒纤维的珍贵,所制产品均为高档产品,价格较为昂贵,在加工过程中,除了保持其天然的高贵品质外,还要特别注意提高其机械耐久性能。而要提高其机械耐久性,就要求纱线有足够的强力,本文通过对生产实践数据的分析,找出了影响纺纱强力的五个方面因素,即原料、染色、工艺设备、环境、测试条件五个方面,而且主要因素为原料因素,本文的主要创造性成果和重要作用在于: 一、课题通过数理统计分析的方法研究揭示了纱线强力与原料品质指标间的量化关系,建立了原料品质指标和试纺纱线强力之间的数学关系式。这一关系式的重要作用在于: 1、指导配绒,做到合理用绒,降低成本。羊绒是世界上最珍贵的动物纤维,在保证产品质量的前提下,最大限度地降低成本是每个企业所期望的,而原料是构成产品的主要成本之一,所以提高产品竞争力的相当一部分希望就寄托在最优化、最合理的选择原料上,而强力算式正是给出了原料指标与成纱指标的数量关系; 2、选定原料后可根据算式考查成纱强力能否达到正常纺纱强力,从而判断纱线是否可纺,根据纱支可以确定纤维最短长度,降低成本; 3、经计算可纺的情况下探讨纺纱生产是否正常(包括设备状态、工艺设计、温湿度条件等) 二、本论文所及的影响纱线强力的各种因素的控制可操作性强,课题将在长期的生产实践中总结出来的影响纱线强力的要素进行了理论和应用研究,从而对纱线生产,特别是提高纱线质量有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cashmere is one of the most expensive animal fibers in the world which is regarded as "soft gold", the relevant products have the feature of softness, smoothness, warmth, elegance, fine handle and luxurious lust, so the products are also expensive and of high class. In the process of production we have to increase its mechanical strength while maintain its elegant quality, it means to improve the yarn strength. So through the analyzing data of the article from the production practices, we have found out the main five factors which are influencing the yarn strength, i. e. raw material, dyeing, technology equipment, environment, testing conditions, while in the meantime, the raw material is the chief factor. The main innovation and importance of the article are as the followings:1 the article has revealed the data relationship between the yarn strength and the raw material index quality, and the relevant relationship formula has been set up which has the impact as the followings:1) The relationship gives us the instruction of cashmere matching, which could reduce the cost of the expensive cashmere, it means that we can use the cashmere more reasonable while maintaining the final product’ quality. Now the market competition is mainly depending upon the minimum cost of the material. While the above relationship formula reveals the relationship between raw material index and yarn quality index.2) After we choose the raw materials, we can calculate if the yarn’s strength will be satisfied, in this way, we will know if the relevant spinning is practical or not.3) We can check out after calculation if the spinning will be normal or not, which includes the equipment situation, technology designing, temperature and humidity etc.2 All the factors in the article influencing the yarn’ strength could be controlled easily, which are found out through long term production practices and analyzed from theory into the relationship formula, which can surely instruct us to get the high quality spinning yarns.更多还原
