蛇口港内贸集装箱发展战略研究

【摘要】 蛇口港位于珠江口东岸深圳经济特区西部的蛇口半岛南端,是深圳第一家由企业投资兴办的港口,主要从事货物的装卸和储存。经过多年持续发展,港口逐渐形成了以散矿、粮食、水泥、钢材装卸为主和内贸集装箱装卸为辅的业务经营范畴,货物装卸量一直位居深圳西部港区前列。 本论文主要是对蛇口港的内贸集装箱发展战略进行研究。论文首先对蛇口港现状及内贸集装箱的发展历程进行了回顾,然后从内外部环境分析入手,运用多种战略分析工具通过对国际、国内及周边地区环境分析,指出蛇口港内贸集装箱发展所需的内外部条件。通过对其主要竞争对手(深圳其他港口、广州港)的分析,明确蛇口港在内贸集装箱业务竞争中所具有的优势和劣势,找出港口进一步快速发展的内部条件和潜力。在上述分析结果的基础上,结合蛇口港自身拥有的资源情况,运用战略选择工具QSPM矩阵和层次分析法AHP,确定了蛇口港应该采取的发展战略。最后我们给出了要实现本文提出的战略目标所必要采取的对策和措施。 本文力求运用战略管理方面的理论,从定性和定量的角度分析蛇口港目前发展过程中面临的问题,提出蛇口港发展内贸集装箱战略的依据,以求能为上级主管部门的战略决策和其他港口的可持续发展提供可借鉴的参考资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Located at the south end of Shekou Peninsula west of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in the east bank of the Peal River Mouth, Shekou Port is the first port company founded in Shenzhen that mainly engages in goods handling and storage. Over years of development, the Company has established a business scope ranges from bulk minerals, food, cement and steel to containers for domestic trade, with the volume of goods loaded and unloaded in front among the ports in western Shenzhen.A study at Shekou Port’s development strategy of containers for domestic trade, this paper first reviews the overall situation of Shekou Port and development history of containers for domestic trade. Based on analysis of internal and external environments, which include international, domestic and local economic environments;it then gives the external conditions for Shekou Port to develop containers for domestic trade. Through further analysis of its competitors (ports in Shenzhen and Guangzhou Port), Shekou Port’s strength and weakness in developing containers business in domestic trade as well as its internal conditions and capabilities for further development are identified. On the basis of the above study and meanwhile taken into account the resources owned by the Port, the development strategy that can be adopted by Shekou Port is then defined by Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrixa and Analytic Hierarchy Process. Finally, the paper proposes policies and measures that are essential to the realization of Shekou Port’s development strategy of containers for domestic trade.By applying theories in strategy, from qualitative and the quota angle the article intends to analysis the current situation Shekou Port faces and thus provides solutions for problems arising during the course of development. In order to provides the reference for other ports sustainable development ,the paper then provides grounds for its strategy of developing containers for domestic trade ,which can be referred to by decision makers in formulating company strategies .更多还原
