电力电子设备水冷散热器的数值模拟

【摘要】 随着电力电子技术的不断发展,电力电子设备散热问题变得越来越突出,特别是在大功率领域,水冷技术以其优越的散热效果,正逐渐取代传统的风冷。但目前,水冷散热器的设计还只是以实验作为检测手段。近年来,随着计算流体力学和商业软件的发展,使运用计算机进行水流及其传热过程模拟成为现实。本文采用FLUENT软件对散热器的流场以及温度场进行三维数值模拟,获得了散热器传热性能以及流体力学特性,并与实验结果比较,发现散热器机构中存在的问题,加以改进。FLUENT软件具有3D实体造型,流体力学计算,传热计算,计算结果图形化等功能,将这些新概念,新功能引入到散热器的结构设计中,可以有效的改进设计,节省研制费用、缩短开发周期,提高产品的自主开发能力。

【Abstract】 With the electric power technology and electronics technology is developing continuously,the cooling of the electric power and electronics product especially for high-power productbecome more and more important. The water-cooling technology is replacing the air-coolingtechnology by its good cooling ability. But the design of water-cooling radiator base onexperiment now. With the CFD and commercial software development these years, it is feasibleto simulate the water flow and its heat transfer process with computer. In this paper i simulate theflow field and temperature field of radiator with the FLUENT software, get the heat transferperformance and hydrodynamics property of radiator and compare with experiment value, thenfound some problem of radiator structure and improve it. The fluent software has the function of3D modeling, hydrodynamics calculation, heat transfer calculation, consequence of calculationdrawing. The application of these new idea and function in the design of radiator can improvedesign, enhance the design function, save manufacture expense, shorten exploitation time, andenhance the independent exploitation ability of product.
