基于DSP的逆变电源研究

【摘要】 传统的逆变电源由于体积小、重量轻等特点,已被广泛地应用于航海、航空、医疗、通信等行业。然而,随着3G技术和互联网的迅猛发展,人们已经对逆变电源提出了更高的要求:处理器的速度越来越高,体积越来越小,控制算法越来越复杂,组建容量越来越大,成本越来越低等。DSP的发展正好能满足这一需求。 本课题开发的系统是以实际项目为背景,对基于DSP控制的逆变电源系统进行了研究。其中,DSP控制系统是论文研究的重点,它是整个逆变系统的核心部分,也是系统中用来实现各种控制策略、保护功能最关键的组成部分。论文充分考虑到DSP系统设计的现状和未来对逆变技术的需求,深入分析了DSP控制SPWM波形产生的方案;同时考虑到逆变系统内部各种电气参数和环境等因素对系统的影响,以低成本实现的实际需要和使用灵活性相结合,设计出了以DSP为基础的逆变系统总体硬件结构,并进行了详细的分析研究。 论文深入分析了SPWM控制模式。通过对三种传统采样方式的比较研究,利用Matlab对其谐波抑制能力进行分析,得出较优方案。 为了得到更好的系统输出性能,论文深入探讨了逆变电路的控制策略。针对本系统的双闭环控制,引入模糊自整定PI控制方案,并予以实现。 论文深入分析了三相逆变电源的各种拓扑结构,针对用户需求,主电路采用了三相全桥逆变结构,系统的硬件核心则采用TMS320F240控制系统并在其基础上扩展了系统所需的功能模块;其软件系统采用针对TMS320F240的汇编语言和C语言的混合编程,文中给出了其软件的开发过程,并且针对本系统的各功能的实现,给出了软件流程图。论文还分别针对结构、硬件、软件三方面进行了优化设计,为得到一个性能优良的逆变系统奠定了基础。 最后,论文深入具体地研究了利用CAN总线实现多个逆变电源并联的方案,从对多个逆变电源并联条件的分析入手,实现了采用CAN总线后逆变器的扩充与互通。

【Abstract】 Judging by the features such as small size and light weight, traditional powers have been widely used in navigation, aviation, medical, and telecommunications industries. However, with the rapid development of 3G technology and the Internet, people had to rely power set higher requirements: processor speed increasing ever-smaller, ever more complex control algorithms, a growing capacity, increasingly low cost. DSP development is to meet this demand, it achieved its powerful functional features of thing waveform precision control, protection and RMON, and the use of more advanced control strategy provided a good platform. If we take the research of DSP as a breakthrough to the abrupt power supply system, it will be possible in the future to occupy the commanding height of competition, good economic benefits and social benefits.DC/AC power converter system that the paper has researched takes a practical project as a background and bases on DSP. The DSP control system is the focus of the paper;it is the core of the system used to achieve various control strategies, the most critical component of the protection functions. The paper takes into account the prestige of electrical systems within the parameters of the system and the impact of environmental factors to achieve actual needs and the use of low-cost flexibility, integration of the DSP design a system based on the overall hardware structure thing, and a detailed analysis.The paper analyzes SPWM in depth. Through comparative study of the three traditional sampling methods using Matlab for analysis of its ability to suppress harmonics, resulting in better;SPWM generated through the analysis of waveform patterns and characteristics, the philosophy of choice SPWM, and make a detailed analysis of their algorithms.To better export performance systems, this article explores the control strategy. Up against the system will be Fuzzy Self-turning PI Control, and to be realized.Papers in-depth analysis of three-phase power sequencing thing against user needs, the introduction of a three-phase circuit-wide bridge rely structure is the core of the system hardware used TMS320F240 control system and on the basis of expansion of-the system for functional modules;TMS320F240 its software system used for the compilation of language and mixed programming language C, the text given its software development process and the functions of the system to achieve, given the software flowchart. Papers separately for structural, hardware, software for optimized design of the three to get a good thing system performance laid the foundation.Finally, the paper has specifically examined the use of CAN bus to achieve more powers’ parallel connection options with the analysis of the conditions, achieving rely on the use of can bus after the expansion and exchange.
