上海地区住宅节能设计研究—外围护结构节能构造设计

【摘要】 可持续发展已成为世界的共识,也是建筑的发展趋势。从可持续发展的角度来理解建筑节能,是指建筑的低能耗,即有效、有节制的利用不可再生能源。在建筑节能中住宅节能又是实现建筑节能的关键。 本论文对上海地区住宅外围护结构节能展开专题研究。针对上海地区的地理位置、气候特征,探讨外围护结构适宜的节能技术策略是本论文的中心任务。 论文把住宅节能研究分为新建住宅节能策略和既有住宅节能改造两部分,分别从外墙、窗户、门、楼地面、屋顶五部分展开研究,详细论述了各部分适宜的节能技术策略,并提出了一些可实施性的技术措施,对上海地区的住宅节能研究具有一定的参考价值。 同时,针对目前社会上对节能住宅的造价上的误解和困惑,论文又初步阐述了住宅节能长远的经济性,并且对上海地区住宅节能的成功案例一安亭新镇进行了简要的分析。在论文的最后,简要讨论了进一步工作的可能性。
【Abstract】 The sustainable development has become the mutual recognition in the world, which is also the tendency of architecture development. From the angle of sustainable development, Building Energy Efficient refers to low energy consumption, which namely is to effectively use non-renewable energy .The housing energy conservation is the key to realize Building Energy Efficient.This paper launched the special study on energy efficiency of the Building Envelope in Shanghai region. The main aim of the paper is to study the energy efficiency technology in Building Envelope, in view of the special geography and the climate characteristic in Shanghai area. In the paper the housing energy conservation study mainly focused on two areas, the newly built housing and the already built housing. The research was launched from five parts separately, the outer wall, the window, the gate, the building ground and the roof. The suitable energy conservation technology strategy for each part was elaborated in detail. At last, some foresightedness technical measurements were proposed, which would provide certain reference value to the Shanghai area housing energy conservation research.At the same time, in view of the common misunderstandings and confusions in the construction cost of energy efficient housing, the paper elaborated long term economically efficiency of the housing energy conservation initially. Also it has carried on the brief analysis to the successful case of housing energy conservation in Shanghai area - Anting Xinzhen. Finally, it briefly discussed the possibility which further works.
