分支井回接重入装置设计及力学分析

【摘要】 本文根据井下实际工况设计了分支井回接及重入装置,针对所设计的回接及重入装置的结构模型,确定了所要解决的主要力学问题。重入装置中,套筒间的载荷传递依靠螺纹连接来实现,为此,建立了预紧力作用下重入装置连接螺纹的力学模型,推导了在预紧扭矩作用下连接螺纹的变形协调方程,利用Delphi软件所编制的专用程序求出了其近似解,从而为进行螺纹牙、螺纹连接部位和接触端面的应力分析与强度校核奠定了基础,为这种新型连接螺纹的结构设计和参数优选提供理论依据。此外,提出了回接装置中椭圆套管成型的非线性有限元计算模型和井下分支时双层套管非线性有限元分析模型。为获得椭圆套管弹塑性变形的非线性特性,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS采用两种不同的方法,研究了圆套管在非均布载荷作用下的变形及应力状态,并确定了套管材料N80钢发生塑性变形后回弹变形量很小。同时探讨了回接装置井下分支时双层套管的双重非线性问题,结合非线性理论,运用ANSYS平台构造了一种新颖、合理的接触非线性有限元模型,基本解决了双层套管接触的设计计算问题。利用编制的专用程序,使得椭圆套管成型有限元模型和双层套管接触非线性有限元模型的建模、求解参数化、自动化,在ANSYS中使用专用后处理程序,可以方便的得出各项向应力、位移曲线等图表,为分支井回接及重入装置的设计提供了参考。

【Abstract】 Based on system research of multilateral well tieback and deflector equipments’working conditions, the author designed a structure model of tieback and deflector equipments,and primary mechanic problems are fixed on.Since connecting thread of the deflector equipment transfers loads, the mechanicalmodel of the connecting thread is set up. Meanwhile a compatibility equation of connectingthread under make-up torque and axial load is derived. By solving the equations, stress andstrength analysis of teeth, connecting part and contacting surface of connecting thread is studied.And it can provide the reference for designing and optimizing parameters of this new type ofthread. In order to ascertain the configurations of tieback equipments, the finite elementanalysis models of ellipse casing forming simulation and double-layer casing are established.Making using of exercise FEA software ANSYS, the nonlinear deforming abilities of ellipsecasing is investigated through two different methods. By this way, deformation and stress stateof round casing subjected to non-uniform distributed loading is presented, and it is found outN80 grade casing steel has small spring back. Moreover, discusses the double nonlinear problem ofdouble-layer casing of tieback equipments, when it is forming two branches in borehole. Thenwe use ANSYS to construct a kind of novelty and logical finite element contact model ofdouble-layer casing, basically settle the design and calculate of double-layer casing contactmodel.The author workouts special programs make design parametric and automatic. Makinguse of post program can get stress and displacement curve convenient and give the reference ofmultilateral well tieback and deflector equipments design.
