基于J2EE的煤炭行业EAM研究与实现

【摘要】 本文首先分析了EAM(Enterprise Asset Management,企业资产管理系统)理论知识,并针对煤炭企业地域分散、集团化管理、业务复杂等特点确定了本系统的技术路线。接着在调研分析基础上,提出煤炭行业信息化解决方案,提出“成本优势”是煤炭企业竞争的战略手段。然后采用Rational Rose建模工具对EAM分别进行需求建模、分析建模、数据建模、代码框架生成以及详细设计;针对煤炭行业特点,本文提出基于J2EE并结合MVC(Modeling-View-Controller)设计模式的EAM体系结构,使系统具备灵活性、可重用性、可测性、可扩展性。最后使用IBM WSAD5.11(WebSphere Studio Application Developer)完成了EAM的实现。 从已实施的EAM项目反馈情况来看,本EAM功能和采用的技术路线是可行的,且非常适用;同时本论文分析提炼出的物资计划模型、物资统购模型、资产变动模型、维修模型、内部租赁模型等在煤炭企业具有很高的通用性,一方面为提高软件的高复用性奠定了基石,另一方面在煤炭企业具有很高的推广价值。

【Abstract】 Firstly, this paper analyzes the EAM’s theories and confirms the technological course of the system, according to characters of coal enterprises, such as separate geographical locations, collective management, business implexity. Secondly ,based on investigating and analyzing, presents the blue print of coal industry informatization and that cost advantage is means of the enterprise competitive tactic. Thirdly ,with case tool, such as Rational Rose, performs requirement modeling, analyse modeling, data modeling, code framework creating and particular design on EAM. Then according to characters of coal industry, this paper brings out EAM system architecture based on the combination of J2EE and MVC design pattern, which endows the whole system with flexibility, reusability, testability and extensibility. Lastly realizes the EAM with IBMWSDA5.11 (WebSphere Studio Application Developer).The application effect of EAM has proved that functions and technological route of EAM are feasible and applicable. The models brought out in this paper have high universality in coal enterprises, such as material plan model, monopoly for purchase of material model, asset alteration model, equipment maintain model, equipment interior lease model, which establish foundation stone to improve the reusability of the software and are very worth of popularizing in coal enterprises.
