新时期研究生教育理念发展趋势及构建研究

【摘要】 教育理念的变革是教育改革的先导。教育思想是教育理念的前提和基础,教育理念是教育思想的固化和发展结果,依据这一辩证关系,本文结合近十年我国研究生教育发展的历程,分析了研究生教育思想革新和发展的历史条件,对有关研究生教育思想、教育理念研究的内容进行了梳理和总结,在综述的基础上,展望未来研究生教育思想、教育理念的研究走向,提出了我国研究生教育思想、教育理念发展的不足与问题。通过比较德国、英国、美国和日本四国独具特色的研究生教育理念,寻求我国研究生教育发展及教育理念构建的借鉴之处。在对我国研究生教育理念发展的国际化定位、多元化整合、现代化梳理与个性化走向中解读其未来发展的趋势,以期构建适应我国研究生教育发展的教育理念。并在论证研究生教育理念构建的方法与原则之基础上,初步构建了本土化的研究生教育国际化理念、多元化的研究生教育创新理念、现代化的研究生教育精英理念与个性化的研究生教育人才理念,力图指导我国研究生教育的新发展。

【Abstract】 The evolution of education concept is the origin of education reform. Education think is the fundamental of the education concept while the latter is the consequence of the former. Therefore, this dissertation analyses the historical condition of developing graduation education thinking , concept and evolution while reviews and summaries the earlier research, based on which brings forward the lack and shortcoming of the earlier works. It also seeks the using of reference of developing and constructing postgraduate education and its concept, comparing the postgraduate education concept of Germany, U.K., U.S.A and Japan. The develop trend are discussed and discovered after analyzing the internationalization position, multi-sites compatibility, modernization pectination and individuation trend in the thoughts, concepts of China graduate education,in order to construct a suitable education concept of China. Depend on the means and fundamental of constructing the graduation education concept ,this article constructing the international conception in the mainland graduate education, the new innovation conception from different theories, outstanding person concept in modern graduate education and the able person concept in individuation graduate education. Meanwhile, it constructs the localized, guiding the developing of postgraduate education.
