【摘要】 本文以商场建筑为例，主要从建筑设计专业领域研究其节能设计方法。首先，选择重庆市商业中心区内有代表性的商场作为研究对象，调查了商场建筑的基本状况与日常运营中的电力能耗费用；其次，根据重庆气候特点和建筑特征，提出了商场建筑的整体性节能设计策略，并重点阐述了被动式建筑节能设计方法；最后，通过对前期调研数据的统计分析，建立了重庆市大中型商场建筑的模型，针对围护结构提出了具体的节能设计方案，并对各方案的能耗、节能投资与收益进行计算分析与比较，从而做出对重庆市商场建筑节能设计具有参考价值的判断。 由于建筑师对节能计算往往要求简单有效、易于比较，因此文中采用简化了的估算方式进行能耗和经济投资的模拟分析，相关计算部分均依据建筑师所能够掌握的热工学基本原理来进行，而区别于热工专业所进行的深入运算。 第一章综述了课题的研究背景、研究内容和研究方法等。 第二章通过实际调查，归纳出商场建筑的基本特征、能耗构成特点与高运营能耗产生的原因，并分析了重庆市主要气候因素特点及其对商场建筑能耗的影响。 第三章是对节能设计理论的归纳研究，提出了重庆市商场建筑节能设计的原则和方法，并通过对商业建筑节能设计实例的全面解析，阐述了整体性节能建筑设计的必要性与可行性。 第四章从被动式设计的角度，对重庆市商场建筑节能设计方法进行了深入研究。主要包括从总体布局、商业中庭空间、建筑围护结构、遮阳设计等方面探讨商场建筑的被动式节能设计方法。 第五章建立了重庆市商场建筑模型，通过对其外围护结构节能设计方案的量化分析与比较，得出不同节能设计方案在技术上与经济上的特点，为商场建筑的节能设计提供了参照。 第六章是成果与建议部分，对本文的主要研究成果进行了归纳，对需要深化研究的部分内容进行了概括。 全文共有63，000余字，图表75幅。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper takes department store as example and researches on the energy efficient strategies in the field of architecture design. Firstly, large and medium scale of department stores located in commercial centers of Chongqing are chosen as subjects, the building features and operational power are investigated into twelve stores; Secondly, based on local climate, holistic energy efficient strategies about store building design are offered, especially passive methods are elaborated; Lastly, in respect of the collecting facts, a typical department store model is built up, a series of energy efficient projects are presented according to the enclosure, and through comparing the thermal identity and investment among different projects, conclusions are drawn which are helpful to energy efficient design of store buildings in Chongqing.To architect calculation must be easy to proceed, so estimation is taken to have a model analysis. The referred estimation is based on the mastered thermo technical theory by architect and is different from professional heat engineering calculation.In Chapter 1 the background and object of the research are introduced.In Chapter 2 basic investigation is taken. According to the results the main causes that lead to high operational power are analyzed, and the feature of local climate and the effects on energy efficiency of buildings are elaborated.In Chapter 3 principle and method of energy efficient strategic design are generally presented. By analyzing a supermarket building which is perfect in energy efficient design, the necessity and feasibility of energy sustainability are proved.In Chapter 4 passive design methods to department store are stated. A series of instrumental energy efficient strategies are offered mainly in eight respects, such as site planning, atrium space, enclosure and cladding, curtain walls, shading etc.In Chapter 5 one typical department store model is built up and model analyses are taken. By analyzing the thermal identity and comparing the operational benefits of different energy efficient design projects to the enclosure, conclusions are drawn which are of resultant value to energy efficient design of department stores in Chongqing.In Chapter 6 the whole conclusions are made and the problems that ought to be deeply discussed in the following research are presentedAbout 63,000 words, with 75 graphs.更多还原
