金安桥碾压混凝土坝施工动态可视化仿真与优化研究

【摘要】 碾压混凝土坝施工过程是一个极其复杂的系统,受到许多因素的影响和制约,同时又要满足防洪、渡汛、导流施工及发电等要求。因此,快速、准确、可靠地提供不同方案下大坝混凝土浇筑的阶段性形象面貌、施工工期、施工强度及机械设备利用率等对于方案比选和施工组织设计具有指导性意义。针对金安桥碾压混凝土坝施工强度高、施工复杂等特点,本文结合面向对象建模方法、软件工程技术、系统仿真技术、三维可视化技术等,进行了金安桥碾压混凝土坝施工动态可视化仿真与优化研究,本论文的主要研究工作和研究成果如下:1.在进行系统分析的基础上,采用面向对象的仿真建模方法,为碾压混凝土坝施工过程建立一套仿真建模框架体系,全面描述了金安桥碾压混凝土坝施工系统仿真建模理论与方法。2.对金安桥碾压混凝土坝的施工全过程进行了仿真计算,并对施工工期、施工强度和浇筑设备利用率等数据指标进行了分析。3.讨论了碾压混凝土坝浇筑方案的比选与优化问题,提出了碾压混凝土坝分仓和设备配套的优化方法,提出了施工工期的完工概率分析方法。4.讨论并提出了实现碾压混凝土坝施工全过程可视化的分析方法。用三维动画的形式来描述坝体的浇筑过程,实现了金安桥碾压混凝土坝施工过程三维动态可视化,为直观形象地把握整体施工过程提供了有效手段。5.提出了金安桥碾压混凝土坝施工仿真与优化系统的具体开发途径,建立了系统的体系结构,采用基于构件/框架的软件开发模式,借助可视化编程软件,开发出金安桥碾压混凝土坝施工仿真计算软件DAMSIM_JAQ,为全面掌握复杂施工过程提供了强有力的工具,极大提高了碾压混凝土坝施工组织设计的现代化水平。

【Abstract】 The construction of roller-compacted dam (RCD) is a rather complex system,which is affected by many factors, and is also restricted by flooding, constructiondiversion, generation time etc. So it’s meaningful to the construction organizationdesign by providing information like typical construction visage, time limit for theproject, pouring intension and efficiency of the equipments, so that the comparison ofschemes can be carried out quickly and exactly. Since the construction for JinanqiaoRCD is complicated, with high intension, a new methodology of constructionsimulation for Jinanqiao RCD is presented, which combines object-orientedsimulation modeling, software engineering, system simulation and 3D visualization.The main contents and achievements of the paper are summarily listed as following:Firstly, based on the analysis to the construction system, a modeling frameworkfor RCD construction is built by using the technology of object-oriented simulation.The methodology of simulation modeling course for Jinanqiao RCD is expatiated.Secondly, construction simulation for Jinanqiao RCD is carried out. Andsimulation outputs like time limit for the project, pouring intension, efficiency of theequipments are analyzed.Thirdly, comparison and optimization of the RCD construction schemes isdiscussed in the paper. Optimization for pour dividing rooms of RCD and mechanicalequipment coordination is studied. And methods of project completion probability arediscussed.Fourthly, the ways to realize the visualization of RCD construction process ispresented and discussed. The 3D dynamic visualization for construction of JinanqiaoRCD is realized in the form of 3D animation, which provides an impactful means toanalysis the whole construction process intuitionticly.Finally, practical developing way for construction simulation and optimizationsystem of Jinanqiao RCD is presented, and the systematic structure is designed. Witha new design pattern based on component/framework, the DAMSIM_JAQ system isdeveloped by OOM and VC++. The system provides a useful analysis tool tounderstand the complex construction system and makes the construction organizationdesign more scientifically.
