【摘要】 随着科学技术的迅速发展,网络技术已在社会经济生活的各个领域中得到广泛应用,网上举报已经成为税务案件举报的一种重要方式。因此,有必要设计和实施一个基于WEB的网上举报税务稽查案件管理系统,从而,为纳税人提供一个采用电子数据方式进行网上税务违法案件举报的平台,从技术上加强网上举报的保密性,切实保障举报人的安全,为税务人员提供一个举报案件进行信息化管理的平台。为税务举报案件的登记、接受、处理、结果反馈等业务的实现提供了电子化手段,从而使税务举报稽查案件管理在准确、快速、可靠和高效的状态下运行。为此,作者分析并总结了大量的相关技术和规范,从理论上掌握了关键的J2EE开发技术。使用Rational统一过程(RUP)和统一建模语言(UML)设计实现了一个J2EE应用程序开发实例(基于WEB的举报税务稽查案件管理系统)。该应用程序采用独立构件系统构架和基于Web的多层B/S结构,设计模式为Facade模式。本文通过对整个系统的详细分析设计过程,进行了基础理论和实际设计的研究。对Rational统一过程(RUP)和统一建模语言(UML)基本理论进行了详细的阐述,讨论了J2EE的一些基本知识,概述了形成J2EE的基本技术和API,通过对基于WEB的税务举报稽查案件管理系统的开发来探讨如何使用Rational统一过程和UML开发J2EE应用程序。并对系统的安全性问题进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the quick development of science and technology, the network techniquehas already got the extensive application in each realm of social and economic life,network prosecution has already become a kind of important way of the taxesinspection case prosecution.Therefore, It is the necessity to design and carry out anetwork prosecution inspection case management system of taxes based on the Web.Therefore,it can provide a platform that tax payers carry on network impeachinglawbreaking case by adopting electronic data processing technique, it can strengthenthe confidentiality of network prosecution using the technique, authenticallyguarantee the safety of tax payer. At the same time,provide a platform that the taxofficials carry on information-based management for network prosecution. It alsoprovides the electronic mode for registering, accepting, handling, the resultfeedbacking etc of tax prosecution,thus,making management of the tax prosecutioncase runs in the state of accurately, fast speed, credibility and high efficiently.For this, the author has analysed and summarized quantities of related techniquesand norms, has grasped the key of J2EE technique from the theory. Using the RationalUnified Process (RUP) and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) has designed andcarried out a J2EE application procedure example. It is tax network prosecutioninspection case management system based on the Web. This application adoptsiindependent structure system architecture,and many layers B/S structure based onthe Web,the design mode is a mode of Facade.The text makes an investigation into the basic theories and practical design bydetailedly analyzing and designing the whole system. It elaborates detailedly the basictheories of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and the Unified Modeling Language(UML), discusses some basic knowledge of J2EE, and summarizes the basictechnique and APIs forming J2EE, inquires into how to use RUP and UML toempolder the application procedure of J2EE by the development of the tax networkprosecution case management system based on the Web empoldering.At the sametime, it analyzes safety problem of the system.更多还原
