【摘要】 随着西方国家逐渐把发展循环型经济、建立循环型社会看作是实施可持续发展战略的重要途径和实现形式,中国也在加大循环经济的理论研究和实践工作力度。在农业生产领域,人们生活水平的提高对农产品的需求也上升了一个档次,愈加追求农产品的多样化、优质化和生态化。农业生产的主要功能也将突破传统农业的限制,更加注重农业系统的环境保护功能和生态服务功能,以提高农业生产的整体效益。 宁海县拥有丰富的农业资源,农业产出也在呈高速增长的趋势。近几年,宁海县正着力打造“宁波的绿色后菜园”,利用独特的资源优势,发展无公害绿色农产品,并将生态农业作为宁海县重点扶持的行业。下一阶段,将是宁海县生态农业建设的关键时期,尤其是引进循环经济模式以后,生态农业建设格局的重新划定,将会影响未来宁海县整个农业生产系统的优化升级,这对宁海县农业经济的发展、农村社会的进步具有重要的战略指导意义。 本论文从循环经济以及生态农业理论介绍入手,在循环经济模式的应用中,引入物质流分析方法,结合农业生产系统的物质流特点,建立新的生态农业模式。同时,对生态农业与区域环境的关系做了详细的分析,在此基础上,对宁海县的社会、经济、自然资源现状做出了客观的介绍,并对宁海县目前整体上所处的社会经济发展阶段以及在宁波市所处的经济发展地位做了量化的界定,以根据宁海县农业发展的实际情况,制定出适合宁海县生态农业建设的产业发展、区域布局、设施建设的战略。在文章的最后,初步制定出宁海县生态农业建设的评价指标体系,并运用计算机技术对宁海县的生态足迹计算进行编程,初步建立较为简单可行的评价方法。结论部分对宁海县下一阶段的生态农业建设进行展望,并提出相关的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The developed countries have made the circular economy and the circular society as the important form of implementing the sustainable development strategy. In China, the theory research and work practice of the circular economy are increasing gradually. In agriculture field, the demand of agriculture products are rising with the improvement of living standard. The preference of demand is the multiplicity, high quality, and ecotype of the agriculture products. The main function of agriculture production will also break through the limit of traditional agriculture, and pay more attention to the function of environment protection and ecology service, in order to increase the whole benefit of agriculture production.The Ninghai county has abundant agriculture resource, and its agriculture output is increasing rapidly. Recently, the Ninghai county is trying to become ’the back green garden of Ningbo city’. They take enough advantage of their resources to develop the harmless green agriculture products, and regard the eco-agriculture as the industry with most support. The next period will be the important stage of eco-agriculture construction of Ninghai county. Especially, with the introducing circular economy mode into Ninghai county, the structure of eco-agriculture construction will be marked out over again. This will influence the upgrade of the whole agriculture production system of Ninghai county, and has important guidance meaning to the development of agriculture economy and the progress of country society.This thesis is based on the theory of the circular economy and the eco-agriculture. Moreover, it introduces the material flow analysis in the circular economy mode, and combine with the character of material flow of agriculture production system. Then tries to set up a new eco-agriculture mode. Meanwhile, it analyses the relationship between the eco-agriculture and the local environment. In this way, it descripes objectively the present situation of the society, economy and nature resources of Ninghai county, and defines quantitatively the economic development phases of Ninghai county and what it is in the Ningbo city. Then makes the strategy of industry development, region layout and project construction which adapt to the eco-agriculture construction in Ninghai county. In the end of this thesis, it sets up a simple evaluation index system for the eco-agriculture construction of Ninghai county, and program the calculation of ecological footprint which is based on VB language. In the result of the thesis, it has a view of the eco-agriculture construction of Ninghai county in next period, and put forward some policies and advices.更多还原
