彩色印刷图像质量检测系统的开发研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着信息产业的飞速发展,印刷品作为承载信息的媒介,无论从工业的角度还是从人们日常视觉欣赏的角度,对其要求都越来越高,尤其是对精细彩色印刷品的质量要求更是重要。以此作为出发点,本文对彩色印刷图像的质量检测系统进行了研究与设计。文中针对彩色印刷图像需要检测的各种指标,特别是精细印刷品的质量及人眼不易观测到的各种印刷缺陷的评价,设计了一套检测印刷图像质量的测试版,以此为基础,建立起了基于图像处理与测试仪器相结合的印刷图像质量检测系统。首先设计了一张可以对各种印刷质量技术参数进行测试评价的印刷实验测试版,放置各种检测模块,能检测各类指标。然后建立集成检测平台,利用进程(Process)调用及对象链接与嵌入技术(OLE,Object Linking and Embedding),完成仪器检测部分的功能,实现对色彩、阶调、网点等的检测,集成平台的建立保证了系统的完整性。最后通过图像处理的方法,提供了一些交互性手段,对测控条中一些以图像变化指示印刷变形的项目和印刷画面中的一些直观的缺陷进行识别和分析。通过开发研究,基本完成了整套检测系统,功能较为完善,可以实现对各种印刷指标参数的检测和分析。对于阶调和网点复制,通过仪器检测和自动记录数据,并可以绘制其复制曲线得到印刷反差;对于套准,可以精确定位十字线中心并计算误差;对于各类印刷图像的变形,可经由图像处理的辅助手段帮助观察,分析变形情况或找到缺陷位置。系统开发结果可以满足实用要求。

【Abstract】 Recently, information industry has made a fast progress. As a median which carry on information, quality of print work have been more and more important both in print industry and human daily life. Especially in color printing quality, more attention should be pay for it. For this purpose, the article studying on the quality detection system of color printing image.Considering all item detected in color printing image, especially in elaborate color printing and defect on image which hard to be observed by human eyes, the article design a suit of test plate which can be used in quality detection of color printing image. Based on the plate, the studying establishing a quality detection system of print image based on image processing and instrument auto-detection. First, designing a print plate that contains all module what can detect any print parameter. Setting the module on the plate to detect any item. Second, building an integrated detection function. Using process executing and OLE(Object Linking and Embedding) technique to put instrument detection into fact. Completing the evaluating of tone、dot gain and color copy et al. This full detection function guarantee integrality and convenience of the whole system. Last, providing some interaction means based on digital image processing to recognize and analysis some module on printing control strip which be evaluated by image distortion or some intuitionistic defect on image surface.Through developing, the studying complete a whole detection system has most full function ultimately. It can detect and analysis all kinds of parameter in printing. To tone and dot copy, it can draw copy curve and compute print contrast by instrument test and recording data automaticly. To the register cross mark, it can orienting the cross center and the compute error accurately. To various image distortion, it can analysis the distortion defect and find the position of image defect by using assistant means of digital image processing. Developing result is that the whole system can satisfy the use requirement.
