智能卡制作质量规范及其影响因素的研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术,微电子技术,信息化网络技术的飞速发展,智能卡以其体积小、重量轻、耐用性好、存储量大等特点,广泛应用于金融、电信、交通、商业等领域。国外已有智能卡生产检测全自动化生产线,但对智能卡表面印刷质量以及影响质量的因素还没有统一的标准,国内相关厂家主要依靠经验和摸索等原始的操作流程实现,并不能保证产品质量的稳定性。因此,为提高生产效率和经济效益,智能卡制作的数据化和规范化研究具有现实的重要性和必要性。本论文以陕西第一印刷厂智能卡生产线为研究对象,设计制作了智能卡印刷测控版和色阶等,通过理论和实验相结合的方法,对智能卡制作的各个工序逐一分析,通过大量的实验研究,得出了一套完整的最佳工艺流程及其相应的各工序的技术参数,实现对生产全程的标准化、规范化管理。同时,着重分析了影响智能卡质量的层压技术,对影响智能卡质量的温度、时间、压力三个参数得到一个规范化的数据。本课题的研究结果将可直接应用于生产并对其产生指导意义。由于国内尚无针对智能卡制作质量规范系统化的研究,通过本课题的研究希望可以填补智能卡制作工艺规范的空白。

【Abstract】 With the fast development of IT technology, micro-electric technology and information network technology, smartcard has been widely used in finance, telecom, and commerce field and so on because of smartcard’s little bulk, light weight durability and large storage ability. There has been automatic processing and testing line of smartcard production, but no uniform standard of smartcard printing quality and quality effecting factors. Related factories are producing smartcards mainly by experience, thus resulting in unsteady quality. Therefore, it becomes important and necessary to research on the digitalization and standardization of smartcard producing procedure so as to improve the efficiency and cost effect.This paper utilizes the smartcard producing line in ShaanXi No. 1 Printing Factory, and printing quality control elements including color bars are designed. After one-by-one analysis over each producing unit and large quantity of experiments, a complete production flow and corresponding parameters are made, and realizes the standardization management of smartcard production. The influence of layer-press temperature,time, and pressure is particularly studied and final standard data is deduced.The result of this paper can be directly applied into the producing procedure, and is hoped to fill in the blank in the field of smartcard printing since there has yet been no systematic research on such aspect.
