气流分布与粉尘沉降规律的试验研究

【摘要】 气流分布和粉尘的自然沉降是影响电除尘器除尘效率的两个重要因素。国外的一些研究人员开始以电除尘器内粉尘运动和浓度分布对除尘效率的影响为基础研究一种新的气流分布技术——斜气流技术,以提高除尘效率,并改变了人们对气流均匀分布理论的认识。本文以气流和粉尘的相互作用为切入点,进行了气流分布与粉尘沉降规律的试验研究,进一步完善了气流分布理论,为斜气流技术的进一步研究和气流调节装置的设计提供了参考,并具有一定的工程应用价值。本试验首先通过在一套气流分布技术研究模型试验台上增设导流板和改变分布板的开孔率的方法,调节出符合标准的均匀气流分布和斜气流分布。然后在这两种气流状态下,向电除尘器模型内通入水泥粉尘,进行粉尘沉降试验。对比分析了各采样点粉尘的质量分布和粒度分布,探讨了两种气流分布模式对沉降粉尘质量分布和粒度分布的影响以及斜气流的调节方法。取得了以下几点结论:(1)在均匀气流基础上施加垂向调节措施调节斜气流,符合斜气流调节理论,可更好地控制横向气流的均匀性;(2)在均匀气流分布和斜气流分布状态下,粉尘沉降量在纵向上的变化趋势的差别较大,在横向和垂向的变化趋势较为一致;(3)进口第1电场是一个较特殊的区域,其沉降量占到总沉降量的50%以上,超过了后两个电场沉降量之和;(4)各采样点粒径分布符合R—R分布;(5)本文调节的斜气流工况下的粒径分布较气流均匀分布下的粒径分布具有这样一种趋势——使除尘器下部采集的粉尘样品中较粗颗粒的百分比减小,使上部粉尘样品中粗颗粒的百分比增加,使粒度分布向“均匀”的方向发展。

【Abstract】 Gas flow distribution and dust sedimentation are two important factors affecting the performance of electrostatic precipitator (ESP). Now, based on the research of dust movement and concentration distribution in ESP, some foreign experts advance a new gas flow distribution technology—Skewed Gas Flow Technology(SGFT), which can improve performance of ESP. It changes people’s cognition of uniform gas flow standards of ESP. Considering the interaction of the gas flow and dust, this paper carries out some experiments of gas flow distribution and dust sedimentation,which is hoped to perfect the gas flow theory and provide basis for the farther research of SGFT and gas regulating device’s design. The conclusion of the thesis is useful for engineering design and application.This paper gains uniform gas flow and skewed gas flow by model experiments through setting inlet gas adjusting devices. Then in both flow condition, this study carries out the model experiments by using cement dust plain sedimentation in ESP, tries to use the dust mass distribution and the grain size distribution to evaluate the influence of gas flow distribute on dust plain sedimentation in ESP, and obtains several conclusions as follows:(1) Based on uniform gas flow, exerting vertical control method to regulate skewed gas flow answer to SGFT and can retain the uniformity of transverse gas for better;(2)Under the distribution condition of uniform gas and skewed gas flow, the change trend of dust sedimentation has an obvious contrast on vertical but coincides on horizontal and longitudinal;(3) Pay attention to the sedimentation of NO.1 electric field above 50% of the total, it exceeds the sum of the other two fields, making NO.1 become a special area;(4) The grain size distribution at each sample order is in accordance with the R- R distribution;(5) Comparing with uniform gas distribution, the grain size distribution in SGF work condition has such a trend—making the percentage of thicker grains in dust particle samples from the lower of ESP reduced while increased from upper, making the grain size distribution in a balanced way.
