表面粗糙度测量仪的自动化和智能化

【摘要】 表面测量是几何量测量中的一个重要领域。工件表面粗糙度测量技术在许多领域具有广泛的应用前景,对提升我国机械工业的整体水平和现代化具有重要意义。 随着工件表面加工质量的不断提高,对表面粗糙度测量的精度、速度提出了更高的要求。由于近年国际标准的变更,我国也相应制定了新标准。因而许多老式表面粗糙度测量仪已经无法适应新标准的要求;由于制造年代久远,它们的电子测量装置因老化不能使用,但大部分机械结构还可以正常使用,这无形中造成了资源浪费。老式表面粗糙度测量仪还具有处理数据速度较慢,测量操作步骤繁琐等缺点,因此有必要通过改造电子测量系统和软件进行升级,使这些仪器重新恢复使用。 根据Talysurf-5型表面粗糙度测量仪的不足,本课题在保留原有仪器机械部分的基础上进行系统改造。新系统对传感器信号进行处理并送入计算机,然后用数字滤波分离出粗糙度信号,根据国家新标准,计算出各种参数并绘出图形。本文主要介绍软件处理部分。软件处理部分主要有两个模块,分别是数据处理模块和文件处理模块。在数据处理模块中主要论述了表面粗糙度的参数和图形、轮廓评定基准线和数字滤波器设计的算法,最后利用定标算法、误差分析,对表面粗糙度测量系统做出综合评价。在文件处理模块中主要介绍了对数据文件的打开、保存、打印以及图形的处理。文中还对硬件部分作了简要介绍。 实验证明,新的表面粗糙度测量系统达到了预期的效果,提高了测量速度、扩大了测量范围,测量操作直观、简便,实现了其自动化和智能化,经过检定已达到国家粗糙度标准并且现已投入使用,目前运行状况良好。

【Abstract】 Surface metrology is an important field of geometry metrology. Surface roughness measuring technology has most widely applied foreground. It is important to impulse the whole level and modernization of machining in China.Ever-improving process quality of surfaces demands high precision and velocity of surface roughness measurement. In recent years, the new standard of surface roughness measurement has been re-edited with the change of international standard. Therefore, many aged instruments can’t conform to the new standard. Being produced many years ago, they can’t be used normally because of their aged electronic measurement system, but their mechanical parts can be still used. Stopping using them is very improvident. So, it is necessary to repair these instruments by improving the electronic measurement system and upgrading the software.Based on the shortage of Surface Roughness Measuring Instrument Type Talysurf-5, the subject is a rebuilt system that based on reserved mechanical parts. The new system processes the sensor signal and inputs it to the computer, then gets roughness signal by the digital filter. This system can calculate the roughness parameters and draw the charts. The thesis mostly relates to the software processing. The software processing includes data processing and file processing. In the data processing module, it discusses roughness parameters, mean line, algorithm of digital filter design and overall merit by picketage algorithm and error analysis. In the file processing module, it includes file opening, saving, printing and drawing processing. The thesis simply introduces the hardware part.According to the experimental check, the new surface roughness measuring system reaches expected result. The system improves the measuring speed and the measuring range, operates simply, moreover implements antomation and intelligence. It reaches the national standard and has been used in the factory. The new system operates well at the present time.
