混凝土梁式桥CFRP片材加固机理及庆虹桥加固方案研究

【摘要】 桥梁结构在外界多种因素的作用下,随时间的变化会产生一定破坏,从而导致桥梁的承载能力降低,严重消弱了桥梁的使用寿命,危及车辆行驶及行人的安全,特别是一些大型桥梁的损坏给国家带来巨大的经济损失,我国早期修建的桥梁大部分都出现了不同程度的破坏,应此对危桥的加固在我国桥梁工程中占用重要地位。桥梁加固的方法有多种,如增大截面法、增加预应力法、外贴钢板法等。CFRP加固混凝土桥梁结构是一项新的应用外粘高性能复合材料加固结构的技术,具有多种优点,在国外桥梁加固中被广泛应用,近几年才开始在我国桥梁加固中开始应用,对加固桥梁的理论研究较少,本文基于国内外关于CFRP片材加固混凝土梁的试验研究,对加固结构中CFRP的应力、应变分布规律进行分析,在此基础上总结了CFRP加固混凝土桥梁的端部应力集中、剥离破坏等主要的破坏形式,分析了加固后的桥梁在车辆动荷载作用下端部应力的变化规律。推导出CFRP厚度与极限弯距的关系,提出了采用CFRP片材加固混凝土桥梁结构的抗弯、抗剪的承载力计算公式,采用文中的设计方法对实际工程进行加固设计,制定详细的施工方案,采用ADINA有限元软件对设计方案进行数值模拟,模拟表明文中采用的理论和设计方法可在预应力混凝土梁桥加固中应用。

【Abstract】 The structure of the bridge is under the function of many kinds of factors of external world, it is sure to destroy to produce with the change of time, thus cause the bearing capacity in the bridge to reduce, slacken the service life of the bridge seriously, threaten the security of the vehicle goes and the pedestrian one, especially the damage of some large-scale bridges brings the enormous economic losses to country. The destruction in various degrees has appeared in most bridges that our country built in early days, so bridge reinforcement has the important status of the science of bridge building in our country. There is many kind in the method strengthened in bridge, such as increasing the sectional law, increasing the law of prestressing force , outside to stick to the law of stencil plate etc. It is a new technology of gluing the strengthening construction of high-performance composite application outside, and CFRP strengthens the concrete bridge structure has many kinds of advantage, so it is very extensive application in the foreign countries.In recent years, bridge strengthening was application in our country, and theoretical research of bridge reinforcement is limited. This text is on the basis of domestic and international strengthening experimental research, to analyze the stress and strain distribute law, and summarize CFRP strengthen tip , strip and destroy, concrete of bridge stress centralized stripping the main destruction form of destroying etc. At the same time, it analyzes the change law of tip stress under the function of vehicle dynamic loads. To derive out the relation between CFRP thickness and curved distance of limit, so it extracts formulate of resisting curved and resisting cut bear, which adopts CFRP slice to strengthen the concrete bridge structure. According to the design method in the article, it can design the actual project, and make the detailed construction scheme. Utilize the element analysis software ADINA to simulate the design method, and it is indicated that the adopted theory and design method can be application in the bridge reinforcement with prestressing concrete beam.
