采动区建筑物抗变形结构优化设计与造价对比分析

【摘要】 本文综合应用矿山开采沉陷学、材料力学、结构力学等多学科的知识,分析研究了不同地表变形等级情况下,采动区抗变形建筑物结构构件的设计原则与方法。以拟建一幢四层砖混结构办公楼作为模型, 分析该模型在承受不同等级地表变形时,墙体和基础所受到的附加应力,并以此为基础进行抗变形结构设计。针对抗不同等级地表变形的建筑物结构构件的设置,对抗变形建筑物进行了结构合理性优化。以我国煤矿区经济适用房单体工程单位造价为基础,对采动区抗不同变形等级房屋的配筋和工程造价进行了对比分析,得出了各等级地表变形条件下抗变形构件配筋率和各等级地表变形条件下抗变形构件造价占抗变形建筑物总造价的百分比,地表变形与建筑物造价关系曲线和地表变形与圈梁配筋率关系曲线。本文研究成果对采动区建筑物设计具有指导价值。

【Abstract】 This dissertation synthesizes the knowledge of many disciplines such as mining subsidence, material mechanics,structure mechanics and etc. Have analysed and studied the design principle and method of Anti-deformation Structure on mining area on the complexion of difference grade the earth’s surface transmutation.And simulated establishes four floor masonry construction as model. Analyse the additional stress of the wall and foundation of the model on different grade deformation of ground surface. And do Anti-deformation Structure design base on it. Have optimized design of Anti-deformation Structure with setup of structure’s component on different grade deformation of ground surface. Base on the engineering unit cost of tourist structural monomer on mining area of our country, Have comparative analysed structural steal and engineering cost on different grade deformation of ground surface. Have educed the steal ratio of fittings and the cost of Anti-deformation fittings in percent of the full cost of Anti-deformation building on different grade deformation of ground surface. The related curve of fee and steal ratio with deformation of ground surface have plotted. The production of this dissertation have instructional significance to structural design in mining area.
