复合顶板不稳定煤层开采技术研究

【摘要】 大安山煤矿随着开采水平的不断延伸,缓倾斜和倾斜煤层所占比重逐渐增加。由于地质条件复杂,构造十分发育,导致煤层赋存的强烈不规则,无煤带、薄煤带、厚煤区相继出现,给煤矿生产管理、资源安全生产和有效回收,带来很多待要解决的问题。本论文根据大安山矿地质构造条件、围岩特征和煤层赋存特点,通过理论分析、数值模拟、现场矿压观测和开采试验的方法,对缓倾斜复合顶板不稳定煤层开采技术进行了研究,确定了安全合理采煤方法、巷道支护方案和技术参数、工作面支护方案和技术参数等; 开发了矿压监测与支护质量分析系统软件; 分析了围岩活动规律和矿山压力显现规律; 为大安山矿在类似条件下进行回采提供了重要的依据。实践证明,巷道和工作面支护设计的参数符合+680水平西三石门轴14槽工作面安全生产的要求,大安山矿应用单体支柱、铰接顶梁、放炮落煤和全部垮落法管理顶板的回采工艺,开采复合顶板条件下的缓倾斜不稳定煤层取得较好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 The proportion of low-angle dip and inclined seam is increasing gradually with the mining level extending in Da’anshan coal mine. The complex geological conditions and structures cause the coal seam irregular. The thin coal , thick coal, and no coal district appear alternately, which brings the questions of the working management, the safe production, and the resources effective recycle. According to geological structure situation, surrounding rock characteristic and coal seam characteristic of Da’anshan coal mine, the methods of theory analysis, numerical simulation, the on-the-spot mine pressure monitoring and mining experiment have been used to research the technology of exploiting the low-angle dip and unstable coal seam with compound roof. The reasonable mining method, tunnel support parameters, the support design and technical parameters of work face have been determined. The mine pressure monitoring and the support quantity analyzing system software has been developed, then the activity rule of country rock and emergence rule of the mine pressure has been analyzed, which provides the important basis for the coal exploiting under the similar condition. Through the practice, the support design parameters of the work face and tunnel meet the demand of safe production. Da’anshan coal mine obtained better economic benefit in exploiting the low-angle dip unstable coal seam with compound roof by the excavation method of single prop, joint roof beam, blasting fall coal, and roof whole caving.
