机床切削颤振系统与在线监测的仿真研究

【摘要】 本文分析了机床切削颤振的机理模型,对机床切削系统及其稳定性进行了研究,采用数值仿真的方法,对机床切削颤振这一随机过程进行了分析,研究了随机过程的描述特征量,并对参数特性进行了系统的仿真分析。再通过两个三向加速度传感器及INV306DM智能信号自动采集处理分析系统组成机床在线监测系统,对CAK6150数控车床的切削过程进行了在线监测,采集了机床空载、平稳切削与发生颤振三种状态的实验数据,对实验数据进行了时域和频域处理,通过对比分析,研究了三种状态信号的特点。基于颤振信号的时域频域特点,提出了以方差和互相关系数综合判别颤振的判别方法,以实验测得的颤振信号进行了仿真,发现判据有很好的判别能力。

【Abstract】 This paper analysed the mechanism model of machine tool’s cutting chatter, by using numeric simulation technology the stochastic process and its parameter characteristic of machine tool’s cutting chatter was studied. Then through two three-direction acceleration instrument and the INV306DM intelligence signal automatic gathering processing analysis system composition a chatter on-line monitoring system, which was applied on a CAK6150 numerical control lathe to monitor the vibration of machine tool’s cutting process and gathered three kinds’ data of the lathe cutting process , idling、steadily and occurs chatter , research the three signals’ characteristic by using signal processing in time domain and frequency domain. Based on the characteristic of the signals in time domain and frequency domain, this article proposed a judging function of machine tool’s cutting chatter by the variance and the mutual correlation coefficient synthetically judging, it was discovered that the judge functiong has a good distinction ability by simulation using the chatter signals that gatherd from the experiment.
