工厂区域供冷变流量系统的经济运行研究

【摘要】 水系统变流量运行可以降低空调系统的能耗,变流量控制技术在我国还不够成熟,主要还停留在吸收国外研究成果的基础上,实际应用不是很普遍,在设计和运行中也出现了较多问题,需要进一步的研究。本论文以上海某汽车有限公司南、北两个厂区的变流量空调水系统为实例,研究变流量系统运行过程的特性,针对工厂区域供冷变流量系统的经济运行进行深入的探讨。 本论文从五个方面紧紧围绕变流量系统的节能运行进行分析、计算。第一部分,变流量系统的节能分析;第二部分,一次泵和二次泵变流量系统的能耗比较;第三部分,变流量系统的控制研究;第四部分,变流量系统中不同型号水泵并联运行的研究;第五部分,变流量系统全面水力平衡的研究。

【Abstract】 VWV can reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system, but the control technology of VWV system is imperfect in China because it is based on the research of foreign countries. The control technology of VWV is not universal in China presently, meanwhile there are many problems in the design and the actual operation, so it needs further research. This paper is based on the VWV system of southern and northern region of a Motor factory in Shanghai, studies the character of DHC VWV system and makes some suggestions about the economic operation of the VWV system.This paper is composed of five sections. Firstly, analyses the energy-saving of VWV system. Secondly, compares the energy consumption between primary and secondary pump VWV system. Thirdly, studies the control technology of VWV system. Fourthly, discusses the operation of different parallel pump in VWV system. Fifthly, makes research on the hydraulic balance of VWV system.
