南水北调东线宝应泵站肘形流道温控技术研究

【摘要】 宝应站枢纽工程位于江苏省宝应县境内,作为南水北调东线一期工程的水源工程,其主要作用是与江都泵站共同组成第一级抽江泵站,以满足南水北调规划确定的东线一期工程的要求,并可结合抽排里下河地区涝水。 水工泵站工程结构形式颇为复杂,在以往的工程建设过程中,泵站混凝土在施工期时有开裂的现象发生已是不争的事实,这已成为工程业主、设计和施工人员困惑和关注的工程问题。 为了今后能对同类泵站工程的建设提供更好的经验和安全保障,工程业主就本论文研究课题专门立项,对论文提出的问题进行重点研究,研究结论具有重要的学术价值和工程推广应用前景。 本论文采用以下研究方法和技术路线: 1、采用非稳定温度场和应力场仿真计算的有限单元法,对泵站混凝土温控防裂问题进行研究,对混凝土施工全过程温度场和应力场进行动态仿真分析。 2、密切配合工程建设管理者方及施工者,据有限单元法仿真计算分析结果,在工程的主要施工环节,及时量化地掌握混凝土结构各部位的受力状况和可能开裂特征,提供相关资讯。 3、从施工现场观测资料的反分析和对比分析中,验证和评述现有施工方案,并进行施工反馈分析,总结经验和选择防裂措施,确保混凝土结构不出现裂缝或基本不出现裂缝。

【Abstract】 The key project of Baoying pump station, as a headwaters project of the project of South-to-North Water Diversion in east of China,is locate in Baoying country, Jiangsu province. The pump station is principally use to buildup a First grade pump station with pump station of Jiangdu to suffice the first-stage construction of the project of South-to-North Water Diversion in east of China, and pump drainage water logging from Lixia River zone.The structure style of hydraulic pump station is very complex. It is a unassailable truth that there is crack occur in concrete of those established pump stations during construction period. And the building owners, designers and constructors were puzzled for that for a long time.For supply better experience and insurance to posterior similar pump stations, the building owners approve and initiate this project and consign Hohai University to study it. This task should have very important theory value and utility value.We adopt study methods and technical lines as following:1. We adopt finite-element method to simulate the unsteady temperature field and stress field, to study temperature control and crack prevention of concrete of pump station, and to get result of dynamic simulate analysis to the temperature and stress field of concrete in whole construction process.2. Coorperate with the managers and constructors of the project, base on the result of simulate calculate and analyzes from finite-element method, predominate the quantized stress position and the specificity of possibledehiscence and supply coherent information to the managers and constructors. 3. Base on the back analysis and comparative analysis to field data, verifyand comment the exiting schemes, progress feedback analysis on construction, summarize experience and select measures of crack prevention to insure there is no or little crack in concrete structure.
