【摘要】 随着我国经济的发展,人们环保意识的加强,政府和人们越来越重视节约能源。在建设领域,掀起了节能住宅研究的热潮,但是目前大家把目光都集中在建筑节能技术上面了,而对于节能住宅的投入与产出却不够重视,结果很可能出现这样一种情况:为了节能,在房屋建造过程中采取了很多很新的节能技术,节能效果出来了,但节能投资也上去了,而且投资的增加额度超过了节约的能源的价值,经济效益低下。 因此,本文从综合经济效益的角度入手,通过计算机能耗模拟技术模拟出节能住宅能耗状况,同时建立节能住宅经济型评价指标和综合评价方法,在计算机模拟结果的基础上计算评价指标值,最后进行综合的经济评价。本文不但提出节能住宅经济性综合评价方法,同时进行了实证分析。 通过本文您将更加深刻地意识到:节能既要讲技术,还要讲经济效益,对节能住宅的评价不能局限于节能效果的研究,还应该研究因建筑节能而发生的其他的综合的经济效应,这样才能更全面地评价其经济性。更多还原

【Abstract】 As both the development of economy and growth of people’s concern on environment protection, the government and people consider more and more about energy-saving. In the aspect of construction, a lot of scholars started to do research on energy saving houses, but most of them focused on energy-saving technique and few take its investment and production into consideration. The result might be as follows: In the process of the construction, a lot of new energy-saving technique has been adopted, thus the house is very energy efficient, however, the investment may be huge, even huger than the value of the energy saved.So in this thesis, the energy costing situation of the energy-saving houses is stimulated by computer technique; economic evaluating index and method will be set up; the index based on the simulating results will be calculated; at the final stage their economic benefits will be evaluated. In this thesis, not only the method has been set up, but also a demonstration will be given.Through this thesis it will be realized that the economic benefit is as important as energy-saving techniques. We should not only evaluate the energy-saving effects of the houses, but also the synthetic economic benefits.更多还原
