变电站直流电源消失后的微机型应急处理装置的研究

【摘要】 在我国,电力系统继电保护设备为电力安全生产起到了积极作用,但当继电保护设备采用的直流电源消失,发生电气短路事故时将无法起到保护作用。 本文提出了一种直流电源消失后的微机型应急处理装置的设想,提出了装置的整体设计方案(包括硬件结构和软件流程),分析了它的应用范围和工作原理,并结合它的应用领域分析了它与其他设备的配合情况以及应用的可靠性。最后综合分析结果指出本装置可作为继电保护装置的有益的补充,对于提高供电的可靠性十分有益,且完全可以应用于综合自动化变电站和装有RTU设备的改造后的无人值守变电站,并有较为广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 In our country, relay protection equipment of electric power system plays positively role on the safety in power production. But relay protection equipment will cease to be effective when direct current (D.C.) of relay protection disappeared and the accident of electric short circuit occurred.In this paper, a sort of SCM(Single Chip Micprocessor)-controlled emergency disposal device had been presented, which was used to achieve safety in production when direct current (D.C.) of relay protection disappeared. Integral design scheme had been advanced, including hardware structure and software program. The using ranges and work principles of this device had been analyzed. Also, combining it’s using limits, cooperating role with the other devices and using reliability had been analyzed. The result showed that this device was helpful complementarities to relay protection equipment, and was beneficial to the reliability of power supply. It can fully be applied to mutiple-automatization substation and the improved nobody on watch substation equipped with RTU. It has been indicated that this device possesses expansive applicable foreground.
