缓倾斜中厚矿体采矿方法的采场出矿系统优化研究

【摘要】 采场出矿系统与设备是大规模回采缓倾斜中厚矿体中没有很好解决的突出问题。本论文以大红山铜矿为研究对象,创新了一种新型的高效、经济、安全的采场出矿系统和设备。论文结合国家重点科技攻关课题,采用理论分析、室内模拟试验和现场工业试验相结合的方法,对采场出矿工艺系统与设备展开研究。 主要研究成果和结论: 优化研究出新型堑沟受矿振动助流电耙运搬采场出矿作业系统。该系统以提高采场放矿口矿流畅通为中心,以新研制的YZZ型采场振动助流器和YSP型水炮劈石器为核心设备,优化采场出矿工艺和实施块度分级管理。与传统重力自溜电耙出矿系统相比,该系统出矿能力提高45%,出矿成本降低32.3%,采切比降低50.66%,损失率和贫化率分别降低了5.05%和9.38%,直接经济效益达267.3万元。 成功研制YZZ型采场振动助流器。建立了其力学模型,分析了振动规律,探明了产生扭转振动的原因,推导出了稳定同步振动的运动方程,提出了实现稳定同步运转的判据及相应的技术措施。采用振动助流技术和双电机自同步激振理论的全新设计理念,研制了YZZ型振动助流器。 优化研究了新型堑沟受矿振动助流底部结构。探讨了电耙运搬振动助流作用机理,对比重力自溜,矿石内摩擦角和外摩擦角大大减小,启动振动助流器时的矿流有效高度是未启动时的2倍,是重力自溜的1.7倍,显著改善矿石的流动性和通过性。 成功研制了YSP型水炮劈石器。研究了水炮劈石器破岩机理,探明了影响破岩效果的主要因素。试验结果表明,它是一种高效、安全、经济、可靠的大块二次破碎设备。

【Abstract】 To ore-drawing system of stope, it has been regarded as a extrude problem without solution in the flat-dip medium-thick ore-bodies. In this paper, it is regarded as a researched object that the Dahonghan Copper Mine, the new ore-drawing system of stope was studied, and the system advantage such as high effective, economic, safety. Integrate the country emphases science and technology tackle key problem item, the method include the theory analyses, the simulated test in the room, and the industry test in the site were used, the ore-drawing system and equipment of stope was studied.The results and solutions are as follow:Optimized and studied the new ore-drawing system of stope with ore gathering by trench, vibration flow-aiding and electric rake delivering. In the system, the focus is order to improved mine flow fluency in the stope, the core equipments are new YZZ vibration flow-aiding machine and YSP water blasting-based rock breaker, optimized the mechanism of ore-drawing and built the measure of classification management to the mine mass. The compare to the conventional gravity flow electric rake, the ore-drawing capacity of the new system higher 45%, the cost lowness 32.3%, the picking and cutting ratio reduce 50.66%, and the directed economic benefit reached 2.673 million RMB.The YZZ vibration flow-aiding machine has been manufactured successful in the stope. The mechanical model of vibration flow-aiding was built, the conveyor’s vibrating regulation was analyzed, the causes resulting in twisting vibration of the conveyor were investigated, and the motion equation of the conveyor in stable self-synchronizing vibrating was deduced, and then both the stable self-synchronizing running criterion of the conveyor and the relevant measures was put forward. Thenew design idea was used which the vibration flow-aiding technology and the theory of double motors and self-synchronizing vibration, optimized and studied the YZZ vibration flow-aiding machine.Optimized and studied the new bottom structure with ore gathering by trench and vibration flow-aiding. The action mechanical was studied to electric rake delivering and vibration flow-aiding. The contrast with the conventional gravity flow, the inner and outer friction angle of ore was reduced greatly, the effective height was tow times than the vibration flow-aiding machine didn’t start, and was 4.7 times than the gravity flow, the fluidity and pass ability was notable improved.The YSP water blasting-based rock breaker was studied successful. Studied the fragmentation mechanical to the water blasting-based, the main causes were investigated to affect the fragmentation effect. The results of test showed that it was secondary fragmentation machine reliable, highly efficient, safety and economic.
