铅锌混合精矿中锌物相分析研究

【摘要】 本文研究并提出了铅锌精矿中锌的化学物相分析方法。通过X射线荧光定性扫描、X射线衍射结构分析和化学成分分析对韶关冶炼厂铅锌精矿进行考察,将铅锌精矿中锌的物相划分为硫化物、硫酸盐和碳酸盐三类。论文对这三类锌物相的物理化学特性进行了研究,在此基础上,提出了“水——醋酸”进行物相分离新体系。 论文对影响浸取的温度、浸取剂浓度和浸取时间等进行了详细考察,确定了以下浸取测定流程:(1)常温下用水溶液分离硫酸锌,浸取时间为40min;(2)另取一份样品,80℃下用20%醋酸浸取1小时分离硫酸锌和碳酸锌,通过差减得到硫酸锌含量;(3)残渣溶解测定硫酸锌;(4)分离后溶液和残渣中的锌采用常规的EDTA容量法或原子吸收光谱法测定。 论文通过人工合成样和标准加入法对本方法进行了考察。其加入回收率为:ZnS 97.7—100.7%;ZnSO4 95.3—101.4%;ZnCO3 96.1—100.9%。对合成样品(ZnS 75.23%、ZnSO4 12.64%、ZnCO3 12.62%)五次重复测定相对标准偏差(RSD,%)分别为:0.44、1.3、0.69。 论文对溶剂的作用机理进行了深入探讨,通过溶液平衡理论讨论了pH影响。

【Abstract】 The method of the chemical phase analysis of zinc in lead and zinc concentrate was developed. The character of the lead and zinc concentrate from Shaoguan Smelter was studied by X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction and chemical component analysis. The zinc phases are divided into three classes of sulfide. sulfate and carbonate . Based on the research , the extraction and separate system of water—vinegar separation was put forward.The factors effecting on the extraction and separate, such as temperature, concentration of solvent and the time, were studied. The separation and determination process is follow : (1) The zinc of sulfate is extracted by water in normal temperature with stirring for 40 minutes.(2) The zinc of sulfate and zinc of carbonate are extracted by 20% vinegar in 80℃ in another sample with stirring for 40 minutes. The concentration of the carbonate zinc is obtained by the minus method. (3) The zinc of sulfate is determined in the residue.(4) The zinc in the separation solution and the leach residue is determined by EDTA titrimetry and atomic absorption spectrometry.The new chemical phase method was evaluated by the synthetic samples and the standard addition method. The recoveries are ZnS 99.7%-100.7%, ZnSO4 95.3%-101.4%, ZnCO3 96.1%-100.9% separately . The RSD (n=5) of the synthesized samples (ZnS 75.23%,ZnSO4 12.64%,ZnCO3 12.62%) are ZnS 0.234%, ZnSO4 0.086% and ZnCO3 0.02% separately.The mechanism of solvent extraction and the effect of pH on solution equilibrium were also studied in this article.
