【摘要】 本文试图对民国时期长江三峡的开发建设做一初步的研究,让人们了解民国时期的长江三峡建设成绩和一些规划设想,以及当时三峡水电开发研究对现在三峡建设的影响。全文除导言和结束语外,共分五章。 导言主要论述目前学术界对本课题的研究状况,评述当今的研究动态和取得的研究成果。 第一章主要论述了在抗日战争以前,国内外一些政治家和专家学者对长江三峡的开发建议和已经取得的开发成就。 第二章先从抗日战争时期长江三峡水电建设所取得的成就谈起,主要论述了这一时期提出建设三峡大坝工程的原因和对三峡大坝工程建设的具体设想。 第三章主要论述了三峡大坝工程提出后,为了建设此项工程所进行的前期准备工作。 第四章主要是探讨了民国时期三峡工程建设被迫中止后所进行的善后工作以及被迫中止的原因。 第五章则主要探讨了三峡工程本身对后来所产生的影响,并对此作出评价。 结束语则主要对本文作了一个综合的评述。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis try to make a primary study on the Yangtze Gorges’ development and construction in the Republic of China Era, Let people know the achievements, plannings and designs of the Yangtze Gorges’ construction of the time. And let people know the effects that development and study of three Gorges’ hydropower brings on the current construction. Besides the introduction and epilogue, the thesis is divided into 5 chapters.The introduction briefly discusses the state of the study on the subject of academic circle at present, and let people know the trends of the study and the achievements that they have gained.Chapter 1, Briefly discusses the suggestions and achievements of the politicians and experts at home and abroad on the Yangtze Gorges’ development before War of Resistance Against Japan.Chapter 2, Firstly discussing from the achievements of the construction of the Yangtze Gorges’ hydropower in the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan, briefly discusses the reasons and the concrete designs of bringing up the project of constructing the three Gorges’ dam in this time.Chapter 3, Briefly discusses the preparing work of the stage in prophase after bring up the project of the three Gorges’ dam.Chapter 4, Mainly discusses the works of dealing with problems arising from the project after it was compelled to break down in the Republic of China Era, and discusses the reasons of compelling to break down.Chapter 5, Briefly discusses the effects that the project itself brings on the present day, and tries to make an evaluation on it.Epilogue mainly makes a conclusion of the thesis.更多还原
