【摘要】 本文概要地介绍了准时化(JIT)生产方式的产生、特点,以及准时化生产方式与传统的大批量生产方式的比较。从迅诚电子组织结构出发,分析了迅诚电子公司管理现状,揭示了其在生产组织方面存在的问题,导出了迅诚电子准时化生产体系的构建,以系统科学理论为指导,全面系统地分析研究了迅诚电子的“准时化生产方式(JIT)”体系,特别着重分析了构成这一生产体系的每一个技法的特殊作用,以及各个技法间的相互关系,能够全面地理解准时化生产体系,为实施准时化生产奠定理论基础。同时,以案例形式说明了准时化生产体系的物流和信息流载体——“一个流”和“看板管理”。全面的剖析实施准时化生产方式保障因素,重点强调实施JIT的两个关键因素,即不断过程改善和全员参与的小组工作法。最后简单的说明了目前我国实施准时化生产方式所存在的问题以及在现阶段如何推行准时化生产方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduces the origin and characteristic of Just in Time (JIT) production system and the comparison between JIT production and Mass production. Analysis the administer actuality of Rocom on the basis of organizational structure. Explore many problems of Rocom in production form. According to the guidance of systematic and scientific theory, The author explains comprehensively JIT production system, and anatomies each factors composed of JIT that the way to resolve the reality of Rocom, illuminates the conception of "One-piece" and "Kanban" with cases.By the way, the article plains the measure that ensure JIT could be executed, emphasizes CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) and Team Works that is pivotal factors. In the last not the least, the article plains the obstacle of JIT in China and recommend several suggestion about JIT in China.更多还原
