超早强水泥稳定碎石路用性能研究

【摘要】 水泥稳定碎石基层的强度形成需要足够长的时间,在此期间,如果被荷载扰动,其力学性质会受到很大影响。为了在大修补强中能尽快完成路面的修补加铺工作,需要水泥稳定碎石尽快形成强度,并且保证其后期性能不受影响。本文对水泥稳定碎石在掺加CS-I型超早强外加剂后的力学性能、收缩特性、水稳定性、抗冲刷性能以及疲劳性能等路用性能进行了系统研究。同时,研究了延迟成型时间对掺加超早强外加剂的水泥稳定碎石的力学性质的影响,并对超早强水泥稳定碎石的早强机理进行了初步分析。试验结果表明,掺加超早强外加剂能大幅度提高水泥稳定碎石的早期强度,而后期强度并无降低,对其他力学性能也有不同程度的提高,也使得水泥稳定碎石的收缩特性、水稳定性、抗冲刷性能以及疲劳性能等路用性能得以不同程度的改善,并且超早强水泥稳定碎石对延迟时间的敏感性降低。此外,本文还得出了水泥剂量、外加剂掺量、试验龄期与抗压强度四者之间的关系式,可以辅助配合比设计。

【Abstract】 In order to finish the mending and paving working of road surface as soon as possible, we have to improve the early intensity of the cement stabilized crushed stones basic, and guarantee the excellent performance at later stage. For reason of this is that the cement stabilized crushed stones need long time to form the intensity. If the cement stabilized crushed stones had been loaded during this period, its mechanics nature would be influenced greatly. This paper studied many kinds of pavement performance after the cement stabilized crushed stones had been added the CS-I rapid patching additive based on a large number tests, such as mechanics performance, shrink characteristics, water stability, erode performance and tired performance etc. Meanwhile, this paper studied the delaying time influence on the mechanics performance of the rapid strength cement stabilized crushed stones, and analyzed the early strength mechanism of rapid strength cement stabilized crushed stones. The results indicate that adding the rapid patching additive can improve the early intensity greatly of the cement stabilized crushed stones, and the long time intensity hasn’t reduced; The pavement performance of rapid strength cement stabilized crushed stones is more better than the common cement stabilized crushed stones, such as the shrink characteristics, water stability, erode performance and tired performance; Adding the rapid patching additive can reduce the sensitiveness to delaying time of the cement stabilized crushed stones. In addition, this paper had also drawn the relationship between the cement content, the mixing amount of additive, test time and the compression, and that will be auxiliary for material design.
