高速公路视频监控系统研究与设计

【摘要】 建立完善的高速公路视频监控系统,将多种高新技术运用于高速公路交通管理体系,使道路智能化,可以达到缓解道路拥堵、减少交通事故、节约能源等目的,体现“以车为本,以人为本”的服务意识。研究表明,它能使道路通行能力提高2～3倍,停车次数减少30%,行车时间减少13%～45%,交通事故成倍降低。所以目前国内许多高速公路重点路段均实施全线视频监控,基本实现全线无盲点监视。系统的实施使管理者可以通过图像方式实时、集中地监控高速公路重点路段的运行状况,提高高速公路管理的自动化水平,保障设施的安全和正常运转。 本文介绍了目前高速公路视频监控系统的构成、功能、所运用的主要技术和目前的发展现状。研究了实现视频和语音远程传输的各种方法,分析了具有自动判别、告警和录像功能的交通事件检测系统的工作原理和关键技术,分析了如何利用VOIP技术实现将路段图像和语音远程传至公司本部,使公司总部既能够远程调看和控制外场视频监控设备,同时又可以实现公司总部和路段内部免长途通讯的方法,提供了高速公路视频监控系统供配电和防雷保护的方法等内容。最后指出实时化,网络化,智能化和数字化将成为高速公路视频监控系统的主要发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The consummate surveillance system of expressway with advanced and modern high tech traffic management system, and intellectualizing the road, can achieve the goals of moderating road jam situation, reducing traffic accidents, saving energy etc, thereby reflect the service spirit of "vehicles oriented and human oriented". The research shows that it can increase 2~3 times of road traffic capacity, minimize 30% of parking times, reduce 13%-45% of running time, and cut traffic accidents in doubles. That is why many important expressway sections in the nation conduct whole line video surveillance at present so as to achieve non-blind surveillance basically. Through the conducting of system, operators can monitor operating condition of the sections by video mode in real time and collectiveness, improve the automation level of expressway management, and guaranty safe and normal operation of facilities.This paper introduces the constitution, functions, used key technologies and current development situation of expressway video surveillance system at present. Studies various solutions of remote transmission for video pictures and voice, analyses the working principle and key technologies of traffic events detecting system with functions of self identifying, warning and video record. Analyses how to transmit site video and voice to remote company headquarter, thereby company headquarter operator not only can view and control remote site video surveillance equipment, but also can call expressway sub-company with internal telephone and free of long distance phone call toll. Provides the methods of power supply and lightning protection etc. Finally, this paper indicates that the trend of real time, network, intellectualizing and digitizing will become the main development direction of expressway video surveillance system.更多还原
