高掺量磨细矿渣高性能路面混凝土研究

【摘要】 吉林省位于我国东北部,属东部温润季冻区,在此地区的水泥混凝土路面不仅承受着严重的汽车超载问题,还经受着此地区夏季多雨,春冬季冻融以及昼夜温差大等不利气候状况的影响,因此本地区水泥混凝土路面破坏严重。本论文依托吉林省吉林—珲春一级公路科研项目的阶段成果,首次在东北地区开展了掺磨细矿渣的高性能路面混凝土(HPPC)研究。 论文首先对吉林地区水泥混凝土路面病害进行了调查,分析确定该地区路面水泥混凝土材料的改性方向。通过前期的原材料比选试验,确定了高性能混凝土的各项原材料以及磨细矿渣种类。本研究以普通混凝土设计方法为基础,参考高性能路面混凝土各方面性能要求,通过正交均匀试验设计高性能路面混凝土配合比。在确定HPPC配合比后,通过抗折及抗压强度、静弹性模量与动弹性模量、应力—挠度试验以及养生试验等研究了高性能混凝土的力学性能,并通过耐磨性、抗渗性、抗冻性、收缩性以及抗疲劳性等耐久性试验对配合比进行验证,最终得出高性能混凝土的最佳配合比。本论文还借助SEM、压汞测孔这些现代物相分析技术研究掺磨细矿渣的高性能路面混凝土的微观机理,揭示了微观结构与宏观性能之间的内在联系。

【Abstract】 Jilin province located in southeast part of China, it belongs to the east moist seasonally frozen region. In this region, the cement concrete pavement not only endures the serious vehicle overload, but also is affected by rain fall in summer, freezing-thaw cycles in spring and winter and diurnal difference in temperature, therefore, this region cement concrete pavements are destroyed seriously. This paper experiment on the HPPC with fine slag in southeast area firstly by the system research.The paper investigates the disease of the cement concrete road of Jilin firstly, confirming the direction of pavement cement concrete material modification in this region. By original material comparing experiment, it confirms the various original materials of the high performance concrete and fine slag. This research bases on the common concrete design method, consulting the requirement of high performance pavement concrete, confirming the mix design by orthogonal test. After confirming HPPC mix, the mechanical property is researched by rupture strength test, compressive strength test, static elastic modulus and dynamic elastic modulus test, and the durability is researched by abrasion resistance, frost resistance, shrinkage, impermeability and fatigue resistance to confirm the mix. This paper also researches the micromechanism by SEM, mercury injection method to reveal the connection between the microscopic and macroscopic.
