PC斜拉桥施工仿真计算与控制

【摘要】 斜拉桥施工过程仿真计算是实施施工控制的基础,本文以江苏省淮安市五河口特大斜拉桥为工程背景,应用结构仿真技术和施工控制理论,对PC斜拉桥施工仿真与控制进行了研究。 首先,本文应用控制论的方法对目前的PC斜拉桥施工控制方法进行分类研究,寻求到合理的控制思路:运用斜拉桥施工过程的仿真计算理论,建立了平面分析有限元模型对五河口斜拉桥进行施工过程仿真计算,确定了五河口斜拉桥合理的成桥状态与施工状态。 然后,本文对斜拉桥施工中的挂篮施工工艺进行了研究,说明了斜拉桥悬浇前挂篮预压的方法及意义,并通过挂篮预压试验和模拟计算,对挂篮刚度进行了修正;对斜拉桥横隔板的受力进行了研究,建立了阶段空间模型,分析横隔板的受力;对影响参数进行误差的灵敏性分析研究,得到了各参数的影响规律和其影响的敏感程度。 最后,结合仿真计算结果,具体阐述了所建立的五河口斜拉桥施工控制系统,在各施工阶段中,进行了状态变量(控制点位移、索力、控制截面应力)的实测值与相应理论值的差别分析研究,用以验证所作施工控制系统的有效性。 本文的相关成果对PC斜拉桥的施工仿真计算与控制具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The simulation analysis for construction control of cable-stayed bridge is the foundation of the construction control, Based on the Wuhekou Cable-stayed Bridge in Jiangsu Province, according to structural simulation analysis technology and construction controlling theory, the simulation analysis and construction control of prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge is studied in detail.First, the methods which construction control of prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge currently used are classified by using controlling theory , and then a rational thinking of control for the bridge is sought. Then, with making use of the theory of simulating analysis for the construction process, a plane finite analysis model for the construction process of Wuhekou Cable-stayed Bridge is established, by which the rational finished bridge state and the rational constriction state is made sure.Then, the construction technics of cradle of cable-stayed bridge are studied, by testing and simulation analyzing of cradle-preloading before the bridge is cantilever placing cast, the method and the significance of cradle-preloading are explained, and the rigidity of the cradle is emended. The stress of transverse diaphragm of cable-stayed bridge is studied also, a three dimension stage model of the bridge is established, by which the stress distribution of transverse diaphragm is analyzed. Meanwhile, the parameters that influence the deflection and cable force of the bridge are studied, and the effect rules and the sensitivity of the parameters are obtained.At last, Combined with the results of simulating analysis, the construction control system of Wuhekou Cable-stayed Bridge is expatiated in detail, and in every construction stage, disparities between actual value and theoretical value of the state variation(including controlling point displacement, cable force, controlling section stress) are given, by which the validity of the construction control is validated.
