【摘要】 解决城市交通问题,必须加大城市道路设施的建设力度,提高建设管理水平,研究道路项目的建设合理性。论文针对当前我国城市道路建设存在的问题,在分析国内外城市基础公益设施建设管理体制、方法的优缺点的基础上,提出了适合于我国国情的中、远期的管理体系。对城市道路网络进行合理性评价,找出道路网络存在的问题和缺陷,根据城市道路建设特点和影响因素,建立项目选取的指标和模型,并对其进行了标定。按照建设的目标选取评价指标,对选取的建设项目进行科学合理的排序,并对建成的项目进行建设的后评价。研究并确定道路施工其对路网交通流的影响范围,建立了交通组织的方法、原则和技术路线,提出了一系列的交通组织方案。最后,给出了城市道路建设项目前期研究的实例分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing urban traffic problem in our country, it is must to enlarge degree and invest of road facilities construction, enhance the research of the management system of the urban road construction project. The thesis aims at the problem that exists in urban road construction in our country, analyze the merit and shortcoming of management system and method of in domestic and international public facilities construction, put forward suitable metaphase, long-term management system. To evaluate the rationality of the urban road network according to the related literature, finding out the problem that road network exists, establish the index and the model to select the project, and to demarcate the index. Then, to select evaluation index according to the target of construction, give the priority sequence of construction projects, to evaluate the project what have been builded. Analyzed the influence of the traffic caused by the construction, certain its influence scope to road network traffic flow, and establish the method of the traffic organizes, principle and technique route, put forward a series of traffic organizes project. Finally, the paper gives an example of urban road network construction projects prophase management research.更多还原
