【摘要】 现代物流作为我国国民经济中的一个新兴的产业,已成为我国国民经济新的增长点,许多地方政府把现代物流的理念与管理模式已引入地方经济建设之中,正着手研究和制定地区现代物流发展的规划和有关促进政策,掀起了发展城市现代物流的新高潮。城市物流是一种集多项功能于一体的比较特殊复杂的物流系统,随着我国大城市国际化进程的加快,建立一个高效的城市物流系统已成为加速城市发展必须解决的问题。发展现代城市物流是建设国际化城市的必然选择,特别是经济结构具有明显外向型特征的大、中型城市,更加需要建设一个现代化的城市物流系统。 论文以系统的角度从株洲市的经济状况、区位特征、物流发展现状、优劣势条件等方面进行了现状分析。在此基础上,讨论运用了有关数学模型与数学方法,对株洲市现代物流需求进行预测分析,使株洲在发展现代物流的实际工作中可以有针对性地采取措施,为工作的顺利进行提供可靠性依据。 论文在分析株洲现代物流现状的基础上,从株洲市现代物流的实际需求出发,结合城市现代物流的基本理论和知识,研究了株洲市现代物流发展战略,结合定性与定量的方法规划了株洲现代物流的基础设施平台、物流信息网络建设等方面的问题,并就株洲现代物流的战略措施提出了建设性意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern logistics ,as a rising one in our national economy,has become a new economic growth area.many local governments has introduced the idea and management mode of modern logistics into their economic development,and now are starting to study and draft region logistics development planning and its related politics,which pushed urban modern logstics development to a new high tide.Urban logistics is a more special and complex one which integrated many fuctions,as the internationalism of ourbigs citics is speeding up,to build an efficient urban logistics system has become a problem which must be solved so as to accelerate urban development.Developing urban modern logistics is necessary choice for a cosmopolitan.Those medium or big-siced citics with expored-oriented economic structure,are more in need of a modernized urban logistics system.The article,from the systematic angle,analize the economic status,geological characteristics,present situation of logistics development,advantages and disadvantages of zhuzhou city,and then calculate its logistics demands by using concerning math modules and methods so that the relevant meatures can be taken when zhuzhou builds its modern logistics system ,which provides basis for our smooth work.After analizing the current situation of modern logistics in zhuzhou,we,according to the demand of modern logistics,with the combmation of the basic theory and knowledge of urban modern logistics,make study of modern logistics development strategies of zhuzhou city and make plan on some aspects of zhuzhou modern logistics, by using quantitative and qualitative methods,such as infrastructure,logistics and logistics information network,and give some constructive suggestions on the strategic meatures for zhuzhou to develop its modern logistics.更多还原
