【摘要】 目的:提出气虚血瘀是多发性神经病的主要病机之一,益气活血汤是该病的有效治疗方剂,并通过临床观察提供有效的证据。方法:临床选择符合诊断标准的64 例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察了患者的感觉障碍、肌无力症状以及肌电图和神经传导速度的情况,结果:临床研究显示,治疗组临床总有效率83.33%,对照组临床总有效率70.00%,两组有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。结论:益气活血汤是治疗多发性神经病的有效方剂,该研究成果为多发性神经病的治疗提供了有效的思路和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study deficiency of qi and blood stasis are one of the important pathological mechanism of Polygneuropathy which belong to Flaccidity syndrome of TCM. Yiqi Huoxue recipe is the effective way to treat Polygneuropathy, and offered effective evidence by clinical observations. Methods: 64 patients choosed according to the diagnose standards were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The sensory disturbance of patients, the myasthenic symptom, electromyograph and nerve conduction velocity were inspected. Results: The clinical research showed that the total effective rate of treatment group were 83.33% and control group were 70.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion: These results suggested that the patients with Ploygneuropathy treated with Yiqi Huoxue Recipe could get better effects. The research offered effective way to treat patients with Polygneuropathy.更多还原
