登高平台消防车结构设计及参数化软件开发研究

【摘要】 本文总结了国内外登高平台消防车(以下简称平台车)的发展现状,针对巨型平台车由于作业高度高、工作幅度大,臂架、车架等结构件相应复杂的情况,提出了用结构参数化设计来解决其工况和受力分析计算繁琐和不准确的问题。详细阐述了基于力学原理建立的参数化数学模型及其参数化软件的设计与实现。该课题是以徐州重型机械有限公司DG68 型平台车开发为研究对象,采用VC6.0 为开发平台,在设计过程中实现了对参数的便捷变更,显著提高了同系列产品结构设计及改进的效率。为了弥补参数化软件分析的不足,课题中还采用ANSYS 有限元分析法对主要结构件进行静力和屈曲分析,给出了合理的计算方法和结论,使整车结构设计更趋于合理。

【Abstract】 This paper has summarized the current situation of the development of Elevated Platform Firefighting Truck (hereafter referred to as Platform Firefighting Truck ) both at home and abroad. Aimed at the complex situation of big Platform Firefighting Truck, such as high work height, large work range, complex structure of arm support and chassis, etc, structural parametric design is proposed for solving the complicated and inaccurate problem of operating condition and stress analysis. The parameter mathematics model based on mechanics principle and the design and realization of the parameter software are explained in detail. This project is developed for the research object by the heavy-duty industrial Co., Ltd. Model DG68 Platform Firefighting Truck of Xuzhou. VC6.0 is adopted as the developing platform , has realized the convenient change to the parameter in the course of designing. The efficiency of structural design of the series of products has been improved notably. In order to remedy the deficiency of the parameter software, the finite element method software ANSYS is still adopted for static and buckling analyses of the main structure. Rational computing technology and conclusion are provided, making the structural design of completed car tending towards rationally even more.
