【摘要】 随着我国市场经济体系的建立和世界经济一体化进程的加快以及信息技术的飞速发展,物流业作为国民经济中的一个新兴朝阳行业,将成为本世纪我国重要的产业部门和新的经济增长点,因而物流业的发展受到了国家各级政府的重视。文中分析了我国物流管理的发展现状,针对我国现代物流信息管理基础差,信息流被割裂,缺少物流信息资源集成平台,研究了如何建立适合我国国情的现代物流管理的信息中枢系统。提供一个信息集成、反馈、查询和分析为一体的系统,来整合社会物流信息资源,提升我国物流服务水平。本文研究内容主要包括以下六个部分: 第一部分为绪论。主要对物流、物流技术和物流信息系统等理论的国内外研究现状进行了综述,介绍了现代物流管理的信息中枢系统的研究背景、目的以及方法。 第二部分对物流、物流管理、物流信息及物流信息系统相关方面的理论进行了介绍,为论文的展开奠定了基础。 第三部分介绍了信息技术在现代物流体系中的应用,信息技术在现代物流中发挥了支撑作用。重点介绍了条形码、电子数据交换技术、电子订货系统、销售时点信息系统、射频技术、地理信息系统和全球定位系统技术。 第四部分分析了我国物流管理发展现状。分别从以下四个方面介绍:我国物流网络的发展、物流行业格局、物流管理信息化的现状与现行突出的信息孤岛问题。 第五部分全面展开对物流管理的信息中枢系统的构建研究。首先,界定了信息中枢系统的含义,分析了系统的作用和不同机构对物流信息的需求,剖析了系统要实现的主要功能;其次,探讨了信息中枢系统的设计原则,构架了系统的网络结构,介绍了目前流行的XML技术来实现系统的信息交换;最后,提出了一些信息系统建设的保障措施。 第六部分是对全文工作的总结以及未来展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the establishment of market economy system in China, the speeding process of world economic integration and the fast development of information technology, logistics industry, as a sunrise industry in national economy, will become an important industry and a new economic grow in China in this century. So the development of logistics industry has been valued by governments. This thesis analyzes the present situation of logistics management development. According to the conditions of interior information management foundation of modern logistics in China, separated information flow, the scarcity of logistics information integrated platform, how to establish an information center system for modern logistics management that adapts to the situation in China is studied. The functions in this system such as information integration, feedback, query and analysis help integrate the social logistics information resources and promote logistics services in China. This thesis mainly includes the following six parts.The first part is an introduction. It summarizes the research actualities in domestic and overseas on theories of logistics 、 logistics technique and logistics information system and so on. It introduces the background, purpose and significance of this thesis. The second part discusses the theories of logistics management, logistics information and logistics information system, which is the basis for the paper research. The third part describes the application of information techniques in modern logistics system. Information technique plays a strut role in modern logistics. Bar code, EDI, EOS, POS, RF, GPS and GIS are introduced.The forth part analyzes the development situation of logistics management. Four problems are discussed: development of logistics network, structure of logistics industry, situation of information-based logistics management and the problem of information isolated island.The fifth part makes comprehensively research on the structure of information center system for modern logistics management. Firstly, it defines the concept of information center system, analyzes functions of this system and demands of logistics information for different organizations, and describes the main functions of this system. Secondly, it discusses the designing principles of information center system, explains the network frame and introduces XML which can actualize information commutation in this system. Finally, some countermeasures on the construction of theinformation system are put forward.The sixth part is a conclusion of the study, and brings forward the direction of further research development in the future.更多还原
