综合固井施工监测与指挥系统研究

【摘要】 深井、特殊工艺井固井工程,工艺复杂,程序繁多,迫切需要有一套综合固井施工现场监测与指挥系统,实现全息化施工指挥。本文所开展的综合固井施工监测与指挥系统研究针对上述要求,将固井施工参数、施工现场动态同步传送到设在施工现场的指挥监控中心,同时计算机中央处理系统同步处理施工数据,并与设计数据进行对比分析,对各种施工事故进行预警,将指挥中心的信息和指令及时反馈给施工人员。从而形成一套综合的固井施工现场监测与指挥系统,使施工指挥员能随时掌握固井施工动态参数和现场施工状况,做到对参与施工的全员、全程的统一指挥。通过本课题研究首次在国内建立一套固井施工动态全息监控与指挥系统,填补了国内在此方面的空白,使目前的固井施工监测指挥技术向可视化、数字化、科学化方向发展,对提升大庆油田固井的核心技术有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Cement engineering of deep well and special well, which involve a great many equipments and personnel, and with complicated operation procedure and many circumstances happening unexpectedly, calls for an urgent demand for a set of monitoring and directing system of synthesized cementing operation to realize a holographic direction of operation. This paper makes a research on the monitoring and directing system of synthesized cementing operation on the basis of above demand.The cementing operation parameters and dynamic data on the spot are to be delivered synchronously to the monitoring and directing center established on the spot, at the same time the computer based central processing system handles synchronously the operation data, and proceeds to contrast and analyze design data, making an early warning for all kinds of operation accidents, sending a feedback on time to the operation personnel about the information and instructions of the commanding center, which make up of a set of visualized monitoring and directing system of cementing operation, and make the operation commanders understand the cementing operation dynamic parameters and operation condition on the spot clearly at any time, attaining a universal direction to the whole process, whole member involved. For the first time, a set of dynamic holographic monitoring and directing system of cementing operation is established in the domestic in this paper, making current monitoring and directing technique of cementing operation develop into a visualized, digitized, scientific one, which means a lot to the improving of kernel technique of cementing in Daqing oil field.
