大庆石化乙烯扩建工程地震安全性评价

【摘要】 大庆石化分公司 80 万吨乙烯扩建工程属于大型工矿工程,并且属于受地震破坏后可能引发严重次生灾害的建设工程,按照我国相关法规和条例,必须进行场地地震安全性评价。本文结合工程具体特征,提出了场地地震安全性评价的主要任务,主要包括:按Ⅱ级标准完成地震安全性评价的工作内容;完成对大庆石化总厂高压聚乙烯装置改造工程场址的地震安全性评价工作;对场址给出 50 年超越概率3%、10%和 63%地表水平向设计地震动反应谱和加速度时程(阻尼比为 5%)。 针对所确定的主要工作任务,本文主要进行了如下几个方面的工作:地震活动环境评价;区域及近场区地震地质构造评价;场址地震危险性分析;场地勘探及土层波速测试;场地土层反应分析;设计地震动参数确定。 在大量的地震地质资料收集整理及系统的地震活动性分析工作的基础上,通过对工程场址区域和近场区地震构造、地震活动环境分析、地震危险性分析与地震反应分析计算,得出了大庆石化乙烯扩建工程场地地震动峰值加速度及其设计反应谱参数等地震安全性评价的主要评价参数。同时评价结果表明,场地 50 年超越概率 10%的烈度值为该场址的基本地震烈度,建筑场地稳定性以及适应性较好、无不良地质现象。评价结论为工程建设的可行性研究、规划设计以及制定防震减灾对策提供了科学的依据。

【Abstract】 The 800 000 tons ethane extending project of Petrifaction Filial Factory in Daqing is a large project. It is a construction project which would arise serious by-disaster after earthquake. According to the interrelated codes and principles in China, a workaround safety evaluation must be performed. This paper presents the major task of workaround earthquake safety evaluation by combining the very properties of the project, including performing earthquake safety evaluation according to the II grade Standard, completing the workaround earthquake safety evaluation of Daqing Petrifaction Chief Factory high pressure polythene rebuilding project, and presenting the 3%, 10% and 63% super probabilities within 50 years of superficial horizontal design earthquake response and acceleration transient( the damp ratio is 5%). According to the planned major task, this paper performs as follows: evaluating the earthquake active circumstances, evaluating earthquake region and adjacent workaround geology conformation, analyzing workaround earthquake risk, surveying workaround and testing ground wave velocity, analyzing workaround earth layer response, and conforming the design earthquake dynamic parameters. On the basis of a large account of earthquake geology information collection and analyzing the system earthquake activity, by working out the project workaround and adjacent area earthquake conformation, analysis of earthquake active circumstances, analysis of earthquake risk and response, this paper concludes the major earthquake safety evaluation parameters of Daqing Petrifaction ethane extending project workaround earthquake peak values and design earthquake response. The evaluation presents that the workaround intensity of 10% super probability within 50 years is its basic earthquake intensity. The stability and adaptability of this building is good, without any bad geology phenomenon. The evaluation conclusion presents scientific supports for the feasible research of construction, plan, quakeproof and disaster reduction treasures to take.
