生态建筑研究

【摘要】 建筑与可持续发展关系密切,建筑业的可持续发展在全面实现经济、社会、自然资源和生态环境的可持续发展中占有举足轻重的地位,生态建筑是建筑业实现可持续发展的必然要求。发展生态建筑是一项系统工程,涉及诸多学科和诸多因素,需要多学科的配合,综合考虑各种相关因素,因此发展生态建筑,需要从观念层面、制度层面和操作层面上构筑一个系统的实施体系。本文着重考察了中外生态建筑研究进展、生态建筑的含义和基本特征,对生态建筑的发展历史分阶段进行了梳理,在深入剖析建筑与可持续发展的关系的基础上,对我国生态建筑的发展难题和发展对策进行了探讨,以期对我国生态建筑的理论研究与设计实践有所启迪,对生态建筑的发展提供有益的借鉴与参考。生态建筑能否健康快速发展直接关系到我国全面实现可持续发展战略目标的成功与失败,因此具有重大的现实意义和深远的影响。

【Abstract】 There is a close connection between architecture and sustainable development. A sustainable development in architectural industry helps greatly in realizing the sustainable development in ecological, society, natural resources and ecological environment. Ecological architecture can be viewed as a practical way and idealistic choice for architectural industry in achieving sustainable development. To develop ecological architecture is a systems engineering. It involves multi-disciplines and a range of factors. It also requires multidisciplinary coordination and synthetically consideration. Therefore it is necessary to build a systematical setup for practice from perspective of conception, institution and operation. This paper emphatically explores the difficult problems and the way to deal with during the course of development on the bases of an investigation of the ecological architecture study China and abroad, and a history of ecological architecture development and its relationship with the sustainable development. The paper also discusses the practical significance and its far-reaching influence for a rapid and healthy development of ecological architecture will directly affect China to realize her goal of the sustainable development strategy.
