【摘要】 绿色经济成为国际经济发展的主流,而且日益成为我国各省市区经济建设的发展方向。用绿色意识重新审视传统的经济发展模式,从根本上转变资源依赖型的产业结构和粗放型的经济增长方式,是新一轮经济发展的客观要求。长白山生态经济区是吉林省建设生态省规划的省一级生态经济区之一。生态经济区的生态产业发展,直接影响着我省生态省的建设。夺取和开拓新的市场空间,推进和实现跨越式发展,促进区域经济社会、环境全面发展,增强经济实力,提高人民生活水平,是长白山生态经济区的发展目标。如何发挥长白山生态经济区的生态资源优势,将生态资源优势转化为市场竞争优势,转化为产业优势,使之成为长白山生态经济区的新的经济增长点,促进长白山生态经济区的经济发展,是目前一个带有战略性的重大课题。 本文从长白山生态经济区社会经济发展概况出发,具体分析了长白山生态经济区生态产业发展现状,探讨了长白山生态经济区发展生态产业的意义和发展生态产业的原则和途径,并提出了促进长白山生态经济区生态产业发展的建议。特别是针对依托长白山生态经济区的资源优势,将区域生态资源优势,转化为产业优势,寻求新的经济增长,促进生态产业发展这个问题,提出了新的见解。更多还原

【Abstract】 The green economy becomes the main current of the international economy development, and increasingly becomes the developing direction of economic developments in our country. Using the green consciousness to examine the traditional mode of economic development, changing the type of the industrial structure that depends on resources is the objective request that the economy develops in new way. Ecological economy region in Changbai mountain is one of regions which Jilin province programs to construct the ecological province . The development of ecological mountain directly affects the construction of ecological province in JiLin. It is the developing target of ecological economy region in Changbai mountain to rob and expand the market space, to push forward and realize the jumping development, to promote the consistant development of society、 economy and environment in this region , to strengthen the economic power and increase people’ s life level. How to make full use of the advantage in ecological resources, to grow the ecological industry and make it become the new growth is a strategic and important subject.To begin with, this article studys the developing aspect about society and economy in this region. It analyzes the meaning of ecological industry development. It discusses the meaning, principles and methods about the development of ecological industry. Then it puts forward the suggestion for ecological industry. Especially about the question relying on the resources advantage , converting the ecological resources advantage into industry advantage and looking for theecological growth etc. It puts forward the new views about the above questions.更多还原
