洋务运动时期海外军用设备采购的途径

【摘要】 洋务运动时期,清政府从海外采购过大批的军备。这种海外军备的采购活动构成了近代中外经济史和中外关系史的重要内容。它不管是在规模上还是在对中国近代化的意义上,都有着非常重要的地位。目前人们对洋务运动时期海外军备采购的研究并不很充分。鉴于此,本文将重点研究洋务运动时期清政府海外军备的采购途径问题,同时围绕主体部分,拟展开以下的内容:洋务运动时期清政府海外军备采购的历史背景和海外军备采购的结果及对它的评价等方面。论文旨在通过对置办采购群体的归类分析,来探讨洋务运动时期清政府海外军备的采购途径,从而梳理一下这个时期清政府军备海外采购的内容,并说明当时清政府委托这些途径进行海外采购中时出现的诸多问题,力图以此项的研究来帮助我们更好地认识近代中国海军和军事工业的发展脉络,从而更深入地了解洋务运动与中国近代化进程的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purchase abroad of Qing Government of westernization movement period has occupied main status to modern times. The overseas purchase of period of westernization movement is the important content in the modern China’s economic history, but we are insufficient in study on purchase channel at present. This text carries on research from westernization movement period Qing Government military overseas historical background , channel and effect, and carries on Key overseas channel purchased of research,.Through sorting out and analysing of the colony purchased, it proves some questions about overseas to purchase of Qing Government effectively, and comb the concrete content of overseas purchase of the military equipment of the Qing Government of westernization movement period at the same time ,the text can help our better understand modern navy of China and development of military industry , thus know westernization movement and the development process of China in modern times more deeply.更多还原
