论中华民族精神的弘扬和建构

【摘要】 民族精神是一个民族赖以生存和发展的精神支柱。随着我国建设有中国特色社会主义事业向二十一世纪的全面推进,在全面建设小康社会和推进社会主义现代化的进程中还将面临诸如九八洪灾、非典肆虐等灾害。在这个进程中,如何弘扬和建构中华民族精神,已经成为全党全社会共同关注的重大理论问题和实践问题,成为应对经济全球化和世界范围各种思想文化相互激荡所带来的新挑战而必须回答的突出问题,成为增强中华民族凝聚力,有力推动全面建设小康社会,开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面而急待回答的重大课题。科学研究中华民族精神,弘扬中华民族精神,建构适应时代需要的当代中华民族精神,并把它内化为人们的一种意识,自觉地用民族精神指导、规范、激励自己的思想、意志和行动,在思想观念和现实生活中成为一种行为方式,对于促进物质文明、精神文明和政治文明建设,增强中华民族的凝聚力和综合国力,使全国人民始终保持昂扬振奋的精神状态,从而在本世纪实现推进现代化建设、完成祖国统一、维护世界和平与和促进共同发展的三大历史任务,实现中华民族的伟大复兴,具有重大的理论和实践意义。 本文由四个部分组成: 第一部分:阐述了民族和精神的含义以及民族精神的内涵、特点和功能。 第二部分:界定了中华民族精神的内涵,论述了中华民族精神的思想渊源。 第三部分:深入考察了中华民族精神的形成过程,结合中华传统思想文化的嬗变,并从五个历史阶段,全面分析了中华民族精神的表现。 第四部分:揭示了弘扬和建构中华民族精神的当代价值,即:坚持弘扬和建构中华民族精神,是增强中华民族凝聚力、提高综合国力的必然要求;是应对西方敌对势力对我国实施“西化”、“分化”图谋的需要;是全面建设小康社会的需要;是提高我们党的执政能力,实现立党为公、执政为民的需要。回顾了三代中央领导集体对弘扬和建构中华民族精神的实践探索。从哲学角度,论述了建构当代中华民族精神方法论原则:民族精神和时代精神相统一的原则,民族精神和民族传统相统一的原则,坚持中华民族精神和借鉴外国优秀文化相统一的原则。提出要建构适应全面建设小康社会需要的当代中华民族精神:科学精神、人文精神、创新精神、团结统一精神、民主精神、法治精神。最后,对弘扬和建构当代中华民族精神的途径进行了探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The national spirit is the spirit pillar of the living and development of a nation. Along with the movement to the 21st century of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, during the process of the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way, we shall confront again with the calamity such as 98 floods and SARS. So how to enlarge and construct Chinese spirit has been an important theoretical and practical problem which attracts the CPC’ s attention, a prominent problem which is had to be answered when facing with the new challenges of the economical globalizations and all kinds of thoughts and culture of the world, a key problem which will be answered in a hurry when enhancing the national condensation power, and a big question of the promotion the building a well-off society in an all-round way and initiating the new situations of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Through studying on Chinese spirit scientifically, enlarging Chinese spirit , constructing Chinese new spirit which satisfies the needs of the epoch, and converting it into the people’ s consciousness, so that people can make use of the national spirit willingly to instruct standardize and encourage the thoughts idea and behavior, and it will become a behavioral way in the thoughts idea and the real life. There is important theoretical and practical significance for the promotion the material spiritual and political civilization , the enhancement of Chinese national condensation power and the comprehensive country power, for making all the people of our country keeping the upper spirit situation continuously, for accomplishing the three major historical tasks of propelling the modernization drive, achieving national reunification and safeguarding world peace and promoting common development and bringing about the great rejuvenation.This thesis attempts to analysis the intension of Chinese spirit, to elaborate the characters and functions, to study deeply on the formal process, thought origins and the manifestation shapes. Then, try to analysis the contemporary values of enlargement and construction of Chinese spirit, study on the methodology principles of enlargement and construction of Chinese spirit from the philosophical angle. Put forward the contents of Chinese contemporary spirit, and explore on the ways of enlargement and construction of Chinese contemporary spirit.This thesis consists of four parts:Part 1 : Expound comprehensively on the connotation of the nation and spirit as well as the intension characters functions of the national spirit.Part II: Raise the connotation of Chinese spirit. Discourse on the theoretical origins of Chinese spirit according to the changes of Chinese traditional culture.PartHI: Study deeply on the formal process of Chinese spirit. Analysis on the expressions of Chinese spirit from the five historical periods in an all—round way.PartIV: Discuss about the contemporary values of enlargement and construction of Chinese spirit. Look back on the practical exploration on the three—leading groups of the CPC enlargement and construction Chinese spirit. Study on the methodology principles of enlargement and construction of Chinese spirit from the philosophical angle. Raise to construct Chinese contemporary spirit which satisfies the needs of building a well-off society in an all—round way.
