VxWorks下视频采集系统设计与研究

【摘要】 船(艇)载航行数据记录仪(Voyage Data Recorder缩写VDR)能够在潜艇和水面舰艇的日常训练和实际作战中实时记录舰艇和艇员的各种实际工作数据以便于事后进行分析研究。 在各种记录数据中,视频数据最能够直观、真实地再现当时的实际情况。舰艇视频记录系统可以实时记录舰艇各舱室、战位在出航、训练和作战中的真实情况。通过地面回放设备的回放,实现舰艇事故前的图像重现,找到事故原因。 本课题以船(艇)载航行数据记录仪中的舰艇视频采集系统为研究对象。设计并实现了基于嵌入式实时操作系统VxWorks的高可靠性的实时视频采集系统,同时提出了解决庞大的视频数据量与有限的存储容量间矛盾的方法。 本文首先介绍了嵌入式实时操作系统VxWorks以及VxWorks下设备驱动程序开发流程;接着从硬件结构方面对系统进行分析,分别对系统总体、前端视频A/D芯片和PCI桥芯片以及I~2C总线和PCI总线进行介绍;然后介绍采集系统软件部分,包括前端AD芯片7111A初始化程序和PCI设备的驱动程序。最后介绍了采集系统视频信号的处理,包括人类视觉特性、图像子采样以及视频数据的存储。

【Abstract】 Voyage Data Recorder is an intelligent equipment which is used to record and conserve the important information and parameter of vessel during its voyaging. In all recorded data, Video data is the most veritably and directly. Video capture system can record the real-time video data during voyaging and find out the real reason of accident.This research subject is video capture system of Voyage Data Recorder. The research task is design and realization of video capture system under the VxWorks operate system and get a solution of decrease count of video data.This thesis introduces the embedded operate system VxWorks and the common developing flow of device driver under the VxWorks. Then analysis the video capture system in point of hardware, introduces the video capture system as a whole, video A/D chip, PCI bridge chip, I~2C bus and PCI bus. And analysis the video capture system in point of software, including the initialization program of video A/D chip and the driver program of PCI Bridge chip. At last, introduces the process of video data including characteristic of human vision, conserve of video data and the video sub sample.
